Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to clarify a few important details regarding your stay. Our team only reached out once via phone call after receiving an automated alert from our noise monitoring system. These noise sensors are installed strictly to ensure compliance with the local City Noise Ordinance and maintain good relations with the community. Additionally, we want to confirm that our management team has no record of sending anyone out to the property at any point during your stay. If anyone visited the property, they were not affiliated with or dispatched by our team. We take all guest concerns seriously and appreciate the opportunity to clarify these points. We wish you the best in your future travels.
