Welcome to our favorite spot in the United States: Park City, UT.

Our condo at Silver Cliff Village is bright, sunny and spacious (1400 square feet). It is a two bedroom, two bathroom, condominium, sleeping 6-8, located just a 5-minute walk to park city mountain, the largest ski resort in North America! Convenient to all Park City has to offer:

**300 yards to the base of park city mountain resort

**Short walk to downtown to amazing shops and exceptional dining

**free shuttle outside your door to take you to the canyons, deer valley, the grocery store, or even our great movie complex and other shopping at Redstone

**walking distance to 3 of the Sundance venues

Enjoy your vacation anytime in this comfortable condominium with great amenities. Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath with double sinks. The second bedroom has a two twin lofted beds and a queen size bed with attached bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked and our living area is extremely comfortable with south-facing windows and a gas fireplace. Full-size washer and dryer are also inside the condo.

Our wonderfully maintained complex includes a hot tub area with two hot tubs. There is an elevator to plenty of underground parking that is heated, dry, and convenient for loading and unloading.

Take advantage of the lively nightlife on Main street with many exceptionally rated restaurants, bars, shopping, and other attractions. After a great day on the slopes, you can hit the town or snuggle in by the fire with a home cooked meal.

We must admit, we think summers in Park City are just as remarkable. During the blue sky summer season, you can walk three blocks to Cole Sports to rent bikes and hit one of the many trails for great outdoor adventure. Or, walk 100 yards to PCMR where you can enjoy the summer festivities that include zip lines, an alpine slide, and an alpine coaster. The public library is just one block, and it's two and a half short blocks to a beautiful city park for skate park, playgrounds, volleyball, baseball field, and picnic areas. Summers in Park City are filled with festivals, music, and other outdoor events. It shouldn't be missed.

This is one of the best deals in Park City. Do not miss out, book now! It is a great place for families with kids who want to avoid the hassle of driving to and from the resort. Once you are here you don’t need to get in the car again until you go home, because you can easily walk to the resort!

About David and Kate

Kate is from California, David from New York, now living in California after moving from Michigan, but yearning to be in Utah full time.

We both love outdoor adventures whether it is boarding, skiing, tubing, or snowshoeing in the winter. In the summer, Kate is an avid biker, and the family loves anything outdoors with boating and water-skiing at the top of the list.

Regardless of the time of year, good food and craft cocktails are part of the mix. The dining in Park City can't be beaten. Our goal is to one day be able to be here full time.

Why David and Kate chose Utah

We came for the snow

We believe travel broadens the mind and gives each of us a different perspective on life. But when we came to Park City, we knew we found something special.

And wanted to stay because of the summers

Summers in Park City are full of outdoor adventures - biking, hiking, rafting and zip lining through the trees.

We have been coming to Park City for over 10 years and finally decided to get a little more serious by buying the perfect condo just steps away from park city mountain resort. The location was important to us. We love being able to stroll downtown, but also wanted to be very close to the resort. We were able to find the best of both worlds in this location.

What makes this condo unique

It was all about location for us. Steps to one of the best resorts Utah has to offer and a quick stroll downtown to catch the amazing restaurant scene. David has his degree in film, so being walking distance to 3 of the Sundance film locations has its perks too.

Our unit is comfortable and cozy with excellent southern exposure streaming through the corner window. We liked the fact that there is an open floor plan that provides just the right amount of space. Two hot tubs within the complex provide a great place to relax after a day on the slopes.

We would stay here again.

The only negative is when we booked it suddenly there were cleaning fees and some other fees added that weren't in the initial advertised price. Any fees should be stated upfront.

If you go back and look at the very first response to your request, you will see that all of the fees and taxes were clearly defined before you booked and nothing changed through the booking process. I will send you a separate email showing that response. If you're referring to the nightly rental fee, not including the taxes and fees, this is standard with hotels, VRBO, and other nightly rental companies. Fantastic home only 5min walk to the lifts or 2min walk to the shuttle

David and Kate's home was the perfect place for our group of 8 adults. David kindly warned us that the space might be a little tight for 8 adults, saying that it was more suited to 6 adults and a couple kids, but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. You can tell David and Kate use this as a second home; it is fully stocked with kitchen equipment, board games, toiletries, towels, even hand soap and shampoo. The boot/glove dryers are the best part of the house - we rotated our boots onto the dryer each evening and everyone had nice dry equipment to start the next day. The (2) hot tubs just outside the front door were a good perk as well.

We walked to the lifts in the mornings (5min walk) and walked into town in the evenings for dinner (15min walk). The free shuttle system is also very easy to use and can take you pretty much anywhere you want to go. We also used Uber to take us to a trailhead to do some snowshoeing.

If we decide to ski Park City again next year, we will definitely look up David and Kate. Only good things to say about their home and their communications with us.

Great Location

The location was perfect for skiing. We were able to walk right up the hill to the base of the Park City lifts, and with all of the snow we got that week, it was nice not to have to drive to the lifts!

The kids loved the bunk beds and all of the board games in the condo. The living room was so comfortable and nice to curl up in front of the firing place at night.

The owners were very easy to work with throughout the entire booking process. We would definitely consider booking here again.

Great place to stay!

This condo has everything! It is fully stocked with everything, easy to get in and out of and very close to the slopes. There is pleanty of room to gather in the evenings around the fireplace. The owners have thought of everything you could need - down to the lotion for dry skin! Great place to stay! We'll be back!

Best location!!! Great for family with kids

Unit is plenty big, great back patio blocked by wall so great for young toddlers, house is stocked well and even has sleighs for hills right outside your door,

Walk to park city resort village and less then two miles from Main Street. 6 mins from Walmart and Tanger Outlets!! We are booking again for next year.

Located just steps to the base of Park City Mountain Resort, a short walk to downtown park city with shopping and so many different dining options, it is hard to choose. There is also easy easy access to the free shuttle bus which can take you grocery shopping or to the cinema. Outlets and Redstone shopping are easy to get to. Ski in the winter, bike in the summer. There is so much to do.
