What an absolutely wonderful place to stay! The entire experience from the moment we requested a stay was absolutely five star. Thanks so much to the owners, Jeff and Lisa, for sharing this beautiful, clean, fantastically equipped house with us. We were very excited to see a snapping turtle laying two eggs right by the property gate this morning before we left, and are very grateful that Jeff and Lisa will help preserve them / ensure their safe hatching!You will definitely not be disappointed if you choose this great ranch.

Jeff and Lisa were outstanding hosts. They responded in a timely fashion to all our questions. The property was fantastic. The game shed had games for adults and children. The yard was immaculate and so large our dogs loved it. My entire family loved the property and they all want to go back. Curtis

I cannot say enough about how much we loved our stay. The home is wonderful. Very comfortable, open space, and so roomy. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances. The outdoor kitchen and fire pit were a hit. My kids loved the basketball. The hosts were awesome for communication. We will stay on out-trips back to Winthrop for alumni events. I wish we found this lovely home our daughters freshman year. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Very nice property, Great hosts

House is very modern and well appointed. Well suited for families and lake front location is beautiful. Lots of parking, big back yard with all sorts of activites in the "game shed" outdoor BBQ and patio. Hosts were friendly, helpful and very responsive. We're likely to stay there again on our next visit to the area.

Wonderful place!

This place is amazing. It was in a great neighborhood. House and property are beautiful and very clean. Offers lots of indoor and outdoor activities. Great for families or groups. Great for pets too! Just as advertised! This is must stay and we will be returning. Host was very easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions we had. They have thought of everything!

Rock Hill Family Vacation

We loved our stay at the Lakeview ranch. It was conveniently located near the sports center, which made travel to, from and between basketball games relatively easy. It was only about a 30-minute commute to and from Charlotte, NC. The outdoor living space was ideal for our kids. They never ran out of activities to enjoy (basketball, corn hole, pickle ball, etc…) We were provided with ample supplies (body was, shampoo, conditioner, towels, etc…) for our stay, which never happens :). The house was very clean and well-kept. The neighborhood is very quiet. Check-in / check-out was a breeze. Hosts checked-in throughout our stay to ensure things were going well with our stay.

Rock Hill Getaway

Great place to stay for both a relaxing and/or activity filled vacation. The house had everything needed to make our stay comfortable from the kitchen to the living room to the outdoors. When our family and friends visited us, they enjoyed their own guest bedroom and bath as well as the spacious living room, kitchen, and outdoors. We made use of the bocce ball court/putting green, outdoor kitchen, pickle ball court, basketball court, etc. And best of all our 4-legged family member loved the large, fenced yard, filled with resident squirrels. The Rock Hill area was loaded with hiking trails, breweries, restaurants, revolutionary war history, etc. Our hosts, Jeff & Lisa, were great at answering all the little questions and providing all the comforts of home. It was truly a 5 star experience and we won't hesitate to book the place again.

Amenities Galore!

The communication with hosts were great—they answered all questions and didn’t make us feel like we were bothering them. The place was super organized, clean, and very comfortable. My husband and I had a great time visiting with our tween grandkids. We played outside often to unplug and played card games inside when raining. We selected this location specifically because of the outdoor amenities to keep tweens busy and have fun—shot some hoops, played bocce ball, frisbee golf, and tag. The kitchen was well stocked and included a crockpot—we had a roast and mashed potatoes! The cabinet drawers were labeled and neat. We read through the book that included check in and check out instructions—tabbed and indexed with house info. Everything was perfect and we made some great memories.

Home was exactly as advertised, if not better. Yard was great, home was stocked with anything you could think of. We'll stay again if we come back to town.
