Great location. We also had plenty of space for all 15 of us. We definitely could of used more pots and pans for cooking with a large group but other than that a great place to stay.

Large enough for our entire family with outdoor space for eating. Set up with 2 bedrooms and bath on opposite sides of each level worked well.

The property and house were perfect! Parking was great, we had 5 vehicles and there was still more room. We had 9 adults and 4 young children and there was more than enough room for all of us to sleep, relax, and play comfortably! The house is right up the hill from the pool, playground, sand volleyball, and tennis/basketball court! We had the best vacation and plan on coming back again!

Good place to stay. Plenty of space for our family. Property is managed well. Pool was superb. Location great for boating activity on the Cumberland River/Lake.

Not only is there 8 bedrooms which is fabulous there is a pool super close. Very clean comfortable beds and everyone that cares for the ground are super nice.

Mini Reunion

Property was perfect for the 13 of us that stayed there and then hosting a family reunion over the weekend. The swimming pool and play grounds were a hit with the teenagers and little ones. Everyone wants to come back next year!

Family Time

The house was nice! Family enjoyed all amenities! The pool, volleyball court and play area was close and fun! The 8 minute walk to the winery didn’t pan out, it’s been closed for 2 years. It was a fun time!!

Family Christmas Getaway

There was nice amount of space for all seventeen of us at this clean two story duplex. We enjoyed the recreation area at the bottom of the hill. Visiting Mill Spring Mills Historical sight was fun for everyone. However, the highlight of our trip was getting to see the Moonbow at Cumberland Falls on the only clear night of our trip. This is a very nice place to stay, with plenty to do even on cold winter days.

comfortable but misleading description of home

comfortable house, but listing said there were queen beds - there were not. Also, the internet bogged down.

Hi I hate to strongly disagree with you. There are 3 queen beds upstairs as well as down stairs. I just bought new queen sized platform beds to replace the queen box spring as well as bedframes. We use queen size fitted sheets as well as queen sized comforters. if this is the reason for the 3 stars I hope you will edite that. If you can prove to me they are not queens I will refund your whole stay. 80x60 is the size of a queen so you will be able to tell in the future. Steve Manager and owner.

MUCH nicer than it looks in the pictures!

This property is much nicer (inside and out) than it looks like the pictures. The eight-bed, four-bath configuration was perfect for our group of 17 (including two very small children). Would give five stars, but having to trek up the stairs and across the deck to go between the two units was not convenient and not ideal in 15 degree temps and 2 inches of snow. Manager Steve was very friendly and went out of his way to respond to inquiries and make us feel welcome. This would be a great summer getaway locale as the pool, tennis, sand volleyball are literally just outside the back door.

Excellent communication

We had a good weekend stay. Steve was easy to work with and even let us back in when we forgot some items upon leaving. The unit wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. I guess there was not guests in for a while as he said it’s rented mostly in the summer. Wish the check out time was later. I felt rushed to get out and. It was nice that we were allowed to check in early and we had a nice time with the family.

Hi Corean Glad you enjoyed your stay. Just whish you had let me know what was not up to your standards. We try very hard to have some of the cleanest places around. Also if you had read the info I sent you, all you needed to do is let me know you needed a later check out. That is mostly for when we have back to back reservations. Amenities Galore

The property was as advertised with plenty of room for our family group totalling 16. Communication was good and checkin was minimal and swift. It was very clean and had an abundance of fresh towels. Television and internet worked well and quickly. The space was such that we could gather and play games and enjoy each other’s company, but without being on top of one another. Perhaps the best was the outdoor games and pool. With tennis, basketball, corn hole, and horseshoe pitch, there was always something for everyone. The pool was delightful and appeared to have been recently refurbished. The water was clean, cool, and refreshing, we enjoyed it immensely. The location was central to a wide variety of activities and had nearby shopping. The kitchen was a good size for meal preparation. The only negative was the minimum utensils and prep items there. We would definitely return if coming to Kentucky again.
