Romantic 1 BR Condo with King Tempurpedic

Relax, enjoy the gentle breeze, take a deep breath and enjoy the birds, flowers and scents of Maui that surround you.

Our quiet location is surrounded by the Wailea Old Blue Golf Course & adjacent to the Wailea Tennis Club & Wailea Town Center; minutes away from the most beautiful beaches, luxurious shopping and fine restaurants of South Maui.

This 1 bedroom condo is roomy and light with soaring cathedral ceilings. The bedroom has its own air conditioner & can be shut off from the rest of the living area for privacy. There is a full kitchen with granite countertops, electric range & oven, large refrigerator, new dishwasher, microwave and all the cooking utensils you will need. Just off the kitchen is a dining area which adjoins the living room with sofa & love seat. In July, 2014 all tile was replaced, new cabinets installed with granite countertops and a large shower with rainfull showerhead was installed in the bathroom. New stainless steel refrigerator and range were installed, and new washer and dryer installed. A new 46' flat screen TV was added along with new TV cabinet. The lanai also was retiled.

In January, 2016, we replaced all of the living and dining area furniture with Hawaiian motif furniture.

In 2025 we installed new ultra quiet minisplit airconditioners in the living room and bedroom.

Lush flowering tropical foliage surrounds us. One of Grand Champions' two pools is across the parking area where there is a hot tub and gas grills & tables for your cooking pleasure

Dine on our spacious lanai and enjoy the wind whistling through the bamboo woods. Or sit on the front Lanai and enjoy the beauty of Maui's sunsets and our partial ocean view.

Rentals of one or two days will only be accepted to fill a gap of the same length in our calendar or when arrival or departure dates are on the same day as a departure or arrival date of another guest.

It was a very short stay for us so we didn't get a chance to utilize the many amenities but Ralph was extremely accommodating and fantastic with communication!

Took a last minute weekend trip to Maui and this unit had everything we needed for our family of four. Walking distance to a great shopping area with a lot of good dining options, close to the beach, and nice central location on the island. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. The host was communicative and quick to answer any questions. Would stay here again!

Great condo and close to everything in Wailea

Only stayed one night, but the checking process was smooth and the condo had everything we needed. Great kitchen, quite a few beach accessories available including chairs, and close to all the public beaches. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice stay in Wailea.

We stayed in Ralph's condo for 4 nights. It had everything we needed, was nice and spacious, and also very clean. The location was great for the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

The Condo was perfect for our needs, the kitchen was very useful as we had family staying in a nearby resort, and we were able to host them for dinners. The only area that could use some improvement would be the cleanliness. Most kitchen cabinet handles felt dirty, items behind the toilet in the bathroom were covered in dust, and the Lanai seemed dirty, but I understand that being outside, it is more difficult to keep clean. Mahalo, Ralph and Janice, for a convenient, and relaxing place to stay.

Great location!

Nice little condo very close to all the Wailea amenities. Yards away from the shops. Pool directly across from the unit (although I didn’t use the pool). Check in was easy, Ralph provided good directions and was easy to communicate with.

Great location for family!

We had an enjoyable stay at this property. Overall the condo was great! The location was easy to walk to the Shops at Wailea and the pool was just across the street. The roof replacement unexpectedly happened our last day and a half so we lost time outside which was a bummer but not the fault of the property owner. Ralph was extremely responsive when I couldn’t find linens after 24 hours of travel and was kind. We would love to stay at this property in the future. Great location!

Great Condo!

We stay in VRBO’s all over the place and this one is without a doubt the “best stocked” I’ve ever seen. Everything you need for a beach day. Kitchen is great too. The bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to shopping, access to two swimming pools. The condo would benefit from a deep clean - that is our only critique. Mahalo!

Convenient, comfortable and safe

Even though my husband could not travel with me as planned, I felt perfectly safe and comfortable in the condo. Other family members were staying nearby and it was a short walk to join them daily. The condo is super well equipped with all the supplies and amenities you could imagine. There was a problem with no internet service during my stay but Ralph arranged the service call to address it. I chose not to worry about it. I would definitely consider another stay here on a subsequent visit.

Nice location

Pros location is great. Neighborhood is great. Lots of room. Nicely furnished. Host is incredible. Pools and hot tubs are nice. Parking is good. Cons. Patio is not really useable but could be. It backs up to a tropical forest beside either a dry creek or ditch. Lots of bird poop. We rented adjacent studio for one week and that was convenient. However when other guests stayed next door it was a little awkward on patio. More attention to detail is needed in cleaning like doors, handles, light switches and ceiling fans. White carpet is stained. Other guests food and meds were left in cabinets.

Ralph was a lovely communicator through the whole booking process! 6 of us all had our hair and makeup done here before the wedding and there was plenty of room to do so. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful place in Wailea.

This was our first trip to Maui and we couldn't have chosen a better location or condo. Amenities galore plus tons of items available for our use - snorkeling and beach stuff and plenty of spices etc in the kitchen. Several conversations with the owner prior to our trip put us even more at ease. Comparing our total costs to local hotels etc proved this to he a very good deal. All in all, if we ever return to Maui it will be to this place. No questions about it. Thanks Ralph!

Beautiful Wailea

Ralph and Janice made it very easy to book and complete the paperwork for their nicely decorated and very comfortable condo. The location was great. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was well stocked with beach stuff. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Ralph for a nice few days in Wailea. Rich, Shery, and Lourdes.

Ralph is a retired pastor who is now Director of Development for a humanitarian aid organization. Janice formerly worked in nursing and insurance; she now cares for their home and Cavalier King Charles puppy, Cromwell. We both enjoy golf and ballroom dancing. Also, Janice volunteers at a local yoga school and is passionate about knitting.

We have visited most of the major islands and feel Maui offers everything we want in a vacation home. We always enjoy the road to Hana, trips around the north and south sides of the island and people-watching in Lahaina. Most mornings we take the shore walk behind the Wailea resorts and look for whales. On our first trip to Maui, we discovered Big Beach and that is still our favorite.

We had been looking at units in the Kihei area around the Kameole beaches where we had stayed many times in the past. When our real estate agent convinced us to look at this condo, we were sold immediately! We knew the beautiful Wailea development was worth the extra expense. The ability to manage our own rentals via the internet and a great price brought it within our reach, so we mortgaged our rental properties on the mainland & jumped!

The grills and one of the pools are right across the parking lot from our unit, so our food is still hot when we get back to the condo. We love sitting out on the lanai listening to the breeze rustle the bamboo leaves.
