Ocean Garden #3 is a comfy condo on the ground floor, located just a short walking distance to the beach. This is the perfect vacation home for your entire family to enjoy! It is one block from BlackBeards restaurant, two blocks from the post office and three blocks from the movie theater and a new public boat ramp within a mile from the property. The Condo showcases hi-speed wireless internet, three (3) flat screen TVs, leather sectional sofas, granite counter tops, washer/dryer, central air, all tiled floors and much more.

The Master bedroom has a very comfortable Queen size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, which combined will easily sleep up to 6 guests. Each room has a flat screen LCD or LED tv and ceiling fans.

You will be staying within convenient access to all of the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, so you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops that is fully equipped. A washer and dryer and private parking for the complex also add convenience. Whether you enjoy the beach, a quiet pool or the South Padre Island night life, this is the perfect location for your stress-free South Padre Island getaway!

Great Condo

Beautiful condo, well decorated, very well equipped and very well maintained. One of the main reason I rented this condo, they accepted pets. It was great since it was nice and quiet. I thought it would be closer to the beach, but the walking distance wasn't too bad. Had great communication with the owner, will definitely recommend to family and friends. The only complain I would have was that the pool wasn't well kept. The owner did provide me with a number to contact the person in charge of the pool, but never got a response.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the review and I am really glad you guys enjoyed my property and SPI. Sadly for you, the pool had some issues while you were there, and we, the owners, were putting a lot of pressure on the Condominium Management to correct those issues. I am glad to report, that the pool pump and filter have since been replaced, and so the pool service company. I am expecting the pool to be continuously in top notch shape, and rest assured I will be monitoring it.

Very satisfied with our stay.

The rental was very spacious and comfortable. The owner was very hospitable and we enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the pool is rather small and felt very crowded when any of the other tenants were there.

I understand the pool may get crowded from time to time, but the good thing is that the condo complex is rather small, with ~very few condos, instead of one of those monster complexes with hundreds of properties! exactly what I was looking for.

The property is exactly how it is pictured. Very clean and welcoming. We'll located, beach access is great! It doesn't matter if it's a family stay or a group, thus location can accommodate anyone. I will book this rental again for a return trip.

Condo was exactly as advertised - great location!

Property is on the ground floor of a nice quiet 8 condo building. Condo was exactly as advertised. Only a couple of minute walk to one of the many beach access points. Enjoyed the beach walking, biking and taking in the many things for Winter Texans to do on the Island. Roberto was very accessible for any questions. Would recommend this condo to others.

Definitely a great place to stay!

1st- Communication with Roberto was always two way and there were no questions that were not answered.

2nd- This was our first trip to SP and never really stayed in rentals before, always the hotel kind of guy. I can tell you this experience was great and a definite way to enjoy a vacation. The luxury of making breakfast on your time and convenience to the beach allowed us not to have to pack lunches and load to car for some fun in the sun.

3rd- The rental: it was stocked with utensils, cookware, coffeemaker and the items needed for comfort like coffee, filters, dishwasher detergent, towels, sundries for the bathroom. The rental does have Fair, Wear and Tear, i.e. some water stains, excess caulking in shower surrounds, but that is normal for any home with some age to it. The rental and all of its components were very clean and neat as the pictures show. The A/C was set for us when we arrived and was nice and cool.

4th- If you follow the directions to close the unit upon departure, you should not have any issues getting your deposit back. We departed on Thursday and by Friday afternoon, my full deposit was returned.

Bottom-line: I would definitely stay in one of Roberto’s units again. Thanks Roberto

Walk East for about five minutes and you'll find yourself on the wonderful South Padre Island sandy beach, directly facing the Gulf of Mexico's warm waters. Walk West and you'll encounter Padre Blvd, South Padre Island's main street. The property is also just one block away from the famous and outstanding Black Beards restaurant, an icon in SPI for seafood or hamburgers.

The famous Schlitterbahn water park is only 2 miles away from the condo
