Beautifully maintained 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in a family-friendly, quiet community. Enjoy your days at the pool or enjoying all the attractions and golf courses nearby. Very short drive to the beach. (1) King bed, (2) Queen beds. Every room has a Smart TV for you to connect to your streaming services. WiFi, Washer/Dryer, Desk, Central Air, Keurig, Towels, etc. When you walk in, you'll be blown away at how nice this is. It will have you and your friends/family talking about it for weeks.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Load the dishwasher and start it on your way out. Please take all trashes out to the nearest dumpster, as well.
Return the keys to the table you found them on.
Move linen and towels to the laundry room. Starting a load of towels would be much appreciated!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
