s'il vous plaît voir les photos, les rénovations sont constante / entièrement rénové, dvr / tvs chaque chambre, lits queen dans la 2ème chambre, grande chambre des maîtres / tout neuf, 160k $ en rénovations. , etc ont été ajoutés. , pas assez d’espace pour fournir toutes les images. Les prix varient en fonction de la période de l'année, le nombre de personnes, etc. Je facture un seul prix pour le temps loué, sans aucun frais supplémentaire, tels que le nettoyage, les taxes, etc.

This unit was such a lovely location, so easy to walk to the beach and back, we done that several times a day. It was well stocked with everything one would want, plenty of beach towels, kitchen pots and pans, dishes were ample. It was a delightful stay, and we definitely want to go BACK!!

Condo was literally minutes to beach and it's nice that the property sets up chairs for you. Checkin was easy and Lori was helpful and checked in on us. Property has everything we needed and would definitely comeback .

Literally steps from the beach! Our hosts were so kind and quick do communicate with us before and during our stay. The condo has a lovely screened in porch, a well stocked kitchen and pantry. I was so grateful for the extra toilet paper, soap and paper towels. Bathrooms were stocked and there were several beach towels. You can get a roll of quarters at the front office and the laundry is conveniently located 1 floor above the unit. The elevator and stairs are all right there so it made it easy. Siesta Key Beach is one of the best in the world for a reason. Don't hesitate, if this unit is available, grab it!

We had a great week at the beach! We had a lot of FUN!!!! Condo had everything we could need. The proximity to the beach was the best. We will definitely be back. Host was quick to respond to any inquiries.

Very close to the beach. The condo complex places loungers out at the beach every day that you can go and claim in the morning so no need for beach chairs. Umbrellas are also offered for a fee but the owners have umbrellas you can use. Condo was nicely updated and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation

It was our 1st visit to Siesta Key and will not be our last. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything about the property was fantastic. The beds were comfy. There were plenty of towels and that includes beach towel . There was beach gear for us to use. The property had everything you could need The property is so close to the beach you can see the water from the lanai. We loved our stay and will definitely be back

Great location

This property was as described in the listing and great proximity to the beautiful beach at Siesta Key. Will definitely keep this property in mind for a future visit to the area. Only downside was I overlooked there is no in unit washer/dryer. There is a community coin laundry on second floor of building.

Wonderful vacation

The place was perfect. First floor right on the beach. Close to everything. We used the frog hop free transportation to get to the village and to excursions. Just remember to bring enough cash for tips! The place had everything we needed. Complimentary chairs and umbrellas set up daily by the staff on private beach. The pictures did not do it justice.

Not “Remodeled”, No Windows, Old

This unit was anything but the “$160k remodeled” as owner advertised. Maybe it was minimally updated 10 yrs ago but it’s outdated. here are the issues: communication sent to us had expired passcodes to enter building, was not written clearly and didn’t tell us that the parking space had 105N obscurely marked on the curb yet the # posted above it was a different #. Most confusing and annoying check in. Jim was obnoxiously rude when we had to call to figure out the varying codes which were in email and then in an attachment and conflicting. These buildings are very outdated towers, entrance feels industrial, old tile and a step up into unit that you trip on every time. The unit itself stunk like a swamp. The ceilings are old popcorn ceilings, with glued up cords attached to overly bright led type overhead lights. Dark wood in cave like kitchen. Unit felt very closed in. A couple sliders that look directly adjacent tower but I don’t count that as a “window”. Outlet in master bathroom is a hazard, outlet recesses into wall when plugging in appliance and water can easily splash into the crevices around it. Dark leatherette couches and dark TV console make place very non- Beachy. . Dinosaur towels in bathrooms. There are a couple beach throw pillows and some shells but that’s not enough to offset the age and condition of the unit. The master bed sheets are paper think and slide off the plastic mattress cover too easy , making it necessary to remake The entire bed every AM. The space between mattress and bed frame is too tight to tuck the sheets down into making the problem worse. Bathrooms are old. Master bathroom had a small window in shower that faces out to the dark noisy public hallway. No fan in bathroom so if u want to open said window during shower - neighbors look in As they walk by. not our kind of beach. You want to set your alarm at 7am on vaca to go fight crowds of tourists waiting with their placards so they can race each other to the condo chairs that are out out st 7:30? Stressing out if you can’t get 1st or 2nd row on a tiny sliver of shared beach? Then this is for you.

We have never had a guest like this so confused. All codes were e mailed, which they did not check. They were frantic when they called me , drove past the parking spot twice, they never read the condo information then blamed me for their faults. Most condos on the key were built over 40 years ago/ 100%. Condo is very beachy thru out. don't get that one, Nantucket couches, $ 5k//. kitchen is new thru out, condo was re built to accommodate 2 queen beds, Have ocean view from lanai, Also the total re model was over 200k$. This is the only people that have ever looked at the condo in this manner. The complex has re built the pool, put in new pavers, new garage roofs, putting in new landscape pavers. New gates in front. Our condo has been listed as the best value for the price. I wish people like thjis would enjoy them selves instead of complaining. If they can send us 2mm $$ maybe we could meet their needs, however, they asked me for a refund and complained instantly, I don't give them the refumd vrbo does. Very angry when she called, These are not happy people. We cannot have fans in the bathroom, they don't get it. 1 out let doen have to be changed, agreed. just 1., no one has ever been electrocuted. These people have never lived in the florida environment nor understand it, nor understand beach life, odors occur from the ocean at times, its a beach, the #1 beach rated siesta key The majority of renters have rented from us for over 10 years and book same dates annually, they sure seem to like the condo.
