The house was clean and true to the photos and description. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, yet also only a couple blocks away from terrific restaurants. Made for an enjoyable walk before/after meals. The large kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make a full breakfast each morning. We only got to make use of the firepit one evening, but it lit up easily and allowed for a relaxing evening. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect!

This home was just as described. Very homey but modern. Had many conveniences and was super clean. The off street parking is a huge plus, and it's also in a great area. This will be our place to stay in San Diego!

Everything one would need in kitchen and bathroom. Office desk for working. Lovely back yard with covered patio. Fire pit for evenings by the “fire”. Extremely responsive agents. Comfortable king bed. A delightful stay!

Excellent house with all the little details that make a visit most comfortable. It was perfect for our needs.However you lost one star on the rating due to the unpleasant sewer-like smell in the hallway between the bedroom and bath. Also, your on-demand hot water heater forced us to waste a lot of water waiting for the water to heat up. Perhaps adjust the timers on the unit?*Also, FYI, the refrigerator has the "replace filter" light on the water dispenser.

Spotless, great location, wonderful friendly hosts. This property had everything we needed and more. We really appreciated little touches like the plentiful multi-point device charging banks and spare laptop charger. Kitchen was very well equipped. It was a huge benefit to have a driveway, especially in North Park as street parking was in short supply and we'd have struggled to park near the house. The house was in a great location, quiet and peaceful yet walking distance to everything North Park has to offer and very easy to access main roads to quickly get everywhere else in San Diego. North Park itself is a vibrant, up and coming neighbourhood. Not the most high end in San Diego but if you like a young vibe, good range of bars covering sports bars to cocktails then it would suit you. Communication with our hosts was always quick, clear and friendly which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay again in this property.

Thoughtfully curated North Park Cottage

This cottage is thoughtfully curated with a well appointed kitchen so well equipped that I was able to make anything we needed including Thanksgiving sides! The bedrooms are both very comfortable with black out curtains. Outside is a fire pit, bbq and outdoor patio. The landscaping is beautiful and welcoming. Every detail is thoughtful, and the house is incredibly clean. AND it’s in walking distance to 30th 3054 N Arroyo Dr restaurants. A great place to call home for a while!
