Absolutely Amazing!

This is by far the cleanest home we have ever stayed. The home was well stocked, in an excellent location near the Biltmore, in a quiet neighborhood and overall amazing. My family and I came here for a wedding and loved this home. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the communication and updates from Russell and Stephanie were great! We hope to stay here again in the future, and the biggest bonus for me were the Star Wars Memorabilia and the Star Wars pinball machine! Thank you for hosting us!

Cozy Campbell is that and so much more...

My family came to Phoenix to stay over Christmas and visit our son who lives close by. The house was perfect for the four of us. It was incredibly clean and welcoming with easy instructions on how to use everything plus a couple of LOVELY welcoming gifts to start our visit on the right note. We enjoyed the outside area with numerous games of corn hole while putting on the green. And nothing better after our active day to hang in the hot tub. I am sure if it was closer to summer we would have never left the pool. The location is perfect with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and stores within walking distance. The owners were very helpful and fast to respond to questions I had and gave us helpful suggestions about the area. We look forward to returning to the property again.

We love the Biltmore and Arcadia Lite area. It is centrally located in Phoenix and only 10 minutes to the airport and nearby lots of luxury shopping and fantastic restaurants.

It is a quick drive to many luxury golf courses, shopping, restaurants and hiking locations.

Guest access
You will have full private access to the home, outdoor dining and relaxing spaces, pool, hot tub and backyard golf and cornhole games!!

We have an Airstream Cozy Camper available for larger gatherings or for full access to the property and extra parking (2 more parking spaces). You can add this cool flaming experience to your stay!

The Airstream sleeps 2 twins and 1 queen convertible (total 4 guests). Also has a private entrance, hot tub and relaxing space to enjoy ☺️ the outdoors.

-We have a full size washer and dryer in the home
-Laundry detergent provided
-Iron and iron board provided
