An April 2013 installation of $16,000 worth of new 'wood plank looking' porcelain tile flooring mean there is no wall-to-wall carpeting in this condo. Complete travertine and 'wood plank porcelain tile' flooring makes this one of the most beautiful and striking condos at Indigo. No carpet also means no worries about stains, and an easily cleaned situation in the case of a mishap. Our guests love the look and feel of this specialized flooring.

A new high quality, luxurious, very comfortable Queen Leather sleeper sofa is a new addition for 2014. Our spacious living area makes utilization of this sleeper sofa extremely convenient.

In 2021, a new upscale washer and dryer was added, making your stay even more pleasurable. This washer and dryer set is what you would buy for your own home, extremely nice.

Enjoy the view from the balcony or the white sand beach. The Oasis Style Pool area includes a beach style entry area, complete with fountains . Great for the little ones. A separate kid's pool, hot tub and gazebo are also available.

Location, decor, communication - all excellent. We even got complimentary steamed shrimp from our owner! I highly recommend this unit. Every need was provided - even a terrific list of places to visit and eat. It was clear the owners went out of their way to make sure renters had a terrific vacation. Perfect in every way - 5 star!

We loved staying here! Beautiful view of the ocean. The pools are fantastic! Great restaurant and shops close enough to walk. The management was wonderful to work with. Beautiful place wonderful people!!!

The building and the floorplan of the condo were exceptional. It was quiet and private. The two bedrooms were on opposite ends of the unit and they both had their on balcony. The pool area was fabulous, a spa ,a gazebo , swings and an arbor. Lots of beautiful mature palm trees and immaculate grounds. We could not have asked for more!!’ Hope to be back next year.

Southern Charm and Oh That View!

This host has the Gift of Hospitality. We arrived to find goodies waiting on us to make our stay extra special, and the space is so well decorated and clean, we immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. Perfect location!! The hospitality was wonderful, Tony is on top of everything. Communication was too notch! They left us flowers, card and key lime pie. Ate all the pie and was perfect for a light after dinner desert on the fabulous balcony listening to the waves. It rained all day on what was supposed to be our beach wedding. Plan B was getting married at the condo on the balcony since it was just us. This actually seemed to be better than on the beach! Condo setup was great for our day and we will always have lots of memories here. We will be back at Indigo with Tony and Elizabeth

Gulf Coast Anniversary

My husband and I wanted to have a peaceful and relaxing 37th anniversary trip to the Gulf Coast and Tony and Elizabeth delivered. The condo and view were amazing. Elizabeth was very responsive to my inquiries and questions thoughout the whole process. Tony checked in with us during our day of arrival and met us in the lobby to give us a tour of the room and answer any questions. He met us with steamed shrimp and a personalized, decorated key lime pie. Both were very yummy and much appreciated. Tony checked in with us mid week also. The condo had everthing you could possibly need and the amenities were great. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, which is usually not the case based on my experiences. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of. I would highly recommend staying in one of the Hobbs' condos. Out of all my VRBO experiences over the years, Tony and Elizabeth are the best.

Perfect getaway

We just left this property today. We are all teary eyed having to leave. We have visited the emerald coast for many years and this was by far the best property we have ever stayed in. The ease of check in (even though we arrived quite late) was super simple. The unit was beyond anything we expected. The views, furniture and even linens were top notch. We loved the big fluffy towels. I have never stayed anywhere so absolutely spotless. Not an item worn or out of place. Every kitchen gadget you can imagine was available and in great condition. Easy in and out of building, sturdy and plentiful furniture carts for taking items up to unit. The beach was pristine and everyone was super friendly. The washer and dryer were huge capacity and washed and dried so fast. The shower was gigantic we loved the great water pressure. I can’t say enough about the hosts. We were check in on frequently and that meant so much to our family. We can’t wait to book again.

Perdido Key and Indigo did not disappoint!

First time spending fall break in Perdido Key, but our stay at Indigo East was just spectacular! Tony and Elizabeth made our stay one to remember. Our condo was just amazing! The size and views were second to none. Felt more like an apartment, honestly. Hopefully next time we can stay at one of their other rentals they own! We will most definitely be booking again with the Hobbs!!

Best spot in Perdido Key!

We're stayed at Indigo in a couple of units for a week for a family reunion/50th anniversary celebration. All the units were lovely and well appointed but Tony took particularly great care of us. From the personal greeting upon arrival to the checkins during our stay we felt totally cared for the entire time. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous Condo

We enjoyed our stay in Perdido Key Indigo East 1904 so much we already booked it for next summer! Tony was the best VRBO host, meeting us personally to get us checked in and checking in with us mid week. There was a problem with the microwave and Tony delivered another one that night. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for the week. The washer and dryer were huge and very efficient so we could wash towels every night. The views from the balcony were amazing with plenty of seating. Besides Tony being a wonderful host, Indigo East has many amenities that make a beach trip perfect including a large pool and hot tub area with lots of seating, multiple carts in the parking garage, storage areas for beach and pool chairs/floats, a compressor for blowing up beach tubes, shared grills and a Big Green Egg. The location in Perdido Key is great with a private, quiet beach, several delicious restaurants nearby and a Publix 1.5 miles away. We can't wait for next year's trip to 1904 Indigo East!

This condo was exactly as described, beautiful, clean, nicely decorated. The views from both balconies were amazing. Tony and Elizabeth were wonderful hosts making the check in process so easy and they stayed in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Communication was outstanding before, during and after our stay. The unit itself is ideal…modern, super clean, safe and convenient. The beach is wonderful with white sand and plenty of chairs. The pool area is quite large and the pools are very well kept. There is even a Big Green Egg available. I travel for a living, so my expectations are very high; don’t take this recommendation lightly. If you want a vacation experience that will exceed your expectations, don’t look elsewhere - this is it. A+++

Above and Beyond!

My husband and I, along with our friends, were all celebrating our 25th wedding anniversaries and decided to book this trip. Tony & Elizabeth provided top knotch communication every step of the way! Tony coordinated to meet us at check in and escorted us up to the condo to show us around. We were extremely pleased with the condo and the amenities in property are top knotch! The pool area is what sold us as it looks like a tropical paradise with all the palm trees and tropical landscaping. The beach was beautiful! Soft white sand and clear emerald water! One of the cleanest beaches we've ever visited. Tony & Elizabeth even had flowers, a cake and card in the kitchen to celebrate our milestone anniversary. Tony was prompt to answer any questions we had and was very thorough with his tour and explanations of the property. We couldn't have asked for better hosts!

Amazing Vacation in Perdido Key!

Tony and Elisabeth were incredible. They were very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. They greeted us upon arrival and had a card and cupcakes waiting for us! The condo was very clean and had all of the necessities for our stay. The kitchen could use better knives and skillet, but no complaints. The ocean view from the 19th floor was beautiful and it has an amazing pool area and hot tub. Tony was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when he welcomed us. He even brought a cake for my daughter’s birthday. They definitely went above and beyond a typical host. We would definitely come again! Thank you!!

We live nearby on a small farm in Lillian, Alabama - just 20 to 25 minutes from Perdido Key and we now own four Indigo 2 br condos. We started handling our own condo rentals in 2011, sort of by happenstance. We dropped by one of our condo rentals and discovered that it was not anywhere close to being as clean as our standards would require. We rolled up our sleeves and spent the next 4 hours double teaming the cleaning ourselves. When our guests arrived, they were astounded to find such a clean condo and that made us feel very proud and we were happy to know we had pleased our incoming guests. From there, the rest is history as they say. For more than 14 years now, we have personally handled all bookings, check-ins, housekeeper coordination, cleaning inspections, deep cleans, etc., and we have made many great friends and enjoy a repeat business level of more than 80%. If you want to develop a quality relationship with an actual owner/operator of an Indigo condo - you should give us a try. We promise you won't be disappointed. We are conscientious to a fault. We are overly concerned that our guests are happy and content. We also own Indigo 1104E, 1204E and 1804E condos, but you can read our 100+ 5-Star reviews for our 1904E condo (this one you are looking at on VRBO.)

Our family purchased at Indigo in Perdido Key due to the high quality of the gated and expansive development, the 500 feet of private beachfront, security offered by the gated entry, and the pristine characteristics of Perdido Key, FL. Indigo is very likely to be the highest quality beach front condo in Perdido Key that allows short-term (7 days or more) rentals. You can rest assured that you are bringing your family to a secure and private beach setting, away from some of the unpleasant situations that can happen when condos are near public access areas. Indigo is staffed 24/7, including an overnight person that patrols the area and works to ensure added security.

What makes this property unique

Due to the 19th floor location of this condo, you experience an even quieter stay, as you only have two floors above you. One regular floor, and one Penthouse floor. Our Indigo condo features a rare feature among gulf front condos, as it has it's own private entry foyer. Once the elevator opens to our 19th floor location, you are in a private setting immediately. Our foyer, off the elevator, is not shared with anyone else, providing the ultimate in luxury, convenience and security.
