The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (2,274 sq ft.), comfortably accommodating families, friends, or extended stays. At the center of the home, the living and kitchen areas open directly to a private pool and patio—ideal for slow mornings, relaxed afternoons, and easy evenings at home.

Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood in Poinciana, Casa Serena offers a more tranquil alternative to the busier tourist areas, while still being within driving distance of Orlando and surrounding attractions.

Guests will also receive a curated welcome guide prior to arrival, including nearby dining, grocery, and delivery options to make your stay as seamless as possible.

Great house!!

The location was perfect and we were close to family. The house was beautiful and clean. Communication was great. I'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home

It was a beautiful home. However, it was hard to get in touch with the host for the checkin code. The fire alarm kept going off unless you open the door to the garage when you use the dryer. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

Hi Katelyn, Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and kind words about the home! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay overall. Just to clarify, all check-in instructions and our welcome book are sent at 10 a.m. the morning prior to check-in. Regarding the dryer and fire alarm—our housekeeper, who does laundry after every stay, hasn’t encountered any issues, but we’ll absolutely look into it and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We also noticed there was an early check-in attempt around 1:30 p.m., and we do apologize for missing that message. As noted in our welcome book, early check-ins aren’t available in order to give our housekeeper enough time to turn the home around between guests. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again in the future!

Beautiful Home

The home was nice. In a nice neighborhood. Stores and food is about a 25 minute drive away. However I enjoyed my stay. Each room has one bed. I think queen size in two rooms, king in one and a day bed in one. The owner stayed in contact with me. The pool is a nice feature. It’s four rooms with 4 beds and two bathrooms. The day bed might work better with either a full to queen size bed or two twins. Curtains on the front door and day bed room doors for privacy but other than that. A beautiful place to stay. You won’t be disappointed. I enjoyed my stay.
