The first floor of this four-story townhome offers covered parking and an additional parking space. Take a short walk up the stairs to the main level of the house where you will find a living room, dining area and full kitchen decorated with gorgeous granite countertops and equipped with upscale stainless steel appliances. Also on the second floor is a half bathroom.
The third floor of The Legends of Santa Rosa Beach #1 features a king bedroom and an additional bedroom furnished with two sets full bunks. Each of these two bedrooms come with a full, private bathroom. The top floor of this townhome contains the master bedroom suite presenting a plush, king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth and final bedroom also comes with a private bathroom and is furnished with a queen bed.
Just a short and effortless 200-yard walk away, you can enjoy the white sand beaches of the Gulf. This three-story house with decks on each level is furnished for your comfort. As a unit in the Legends community, you have access to two pools, two hot tubs, sand volleyball, tennis courts, and gas grills on the premises.
Located on a quiet section of Scenic Route 30A, a two-lane road with a separate bike/running path that runs along the Gulf of Mexico. The 18-mile path runs between Destin to the west and Panama City to the east through acres of Walton County state nature preserves dotted with exceptional beach communities. Charming restaurants and shopping at Gulf Place just a short five-minute walk. Santa Rosa Golf Club is less than a mile down the road.

When this beautiful townhouse came to our attention, we didn't hesitate in deciding to purchase it!! We hope that other families will enjoy Bluebonnet on the Beach and the 30A area as much as our family does!

Home away from home
This home is beautiful. The rooms are huge and well laid out. Best of all, the beds are amazing. The rooms all have large windows so there is lots of that Florida sunlight. The home is located in a good proximity to the busy towns of Destin and Panama City Beach. You are close for all the activities of the cities if you wish or far enough away for the peace and quiet of the beach. The white sand beaches are just minutes away and very accessible. There have been many new updates made inside the home and both the management company and owner were quick to respond to our few minor needs. There is a Publix and Walmart within very short driving distance. We had a great time and would recommend this home to our friends.

We had a great stay ! This place is great for families! I recommend stay on 30a .I lived in Destin 7 years and it has blown up elbow to elbow ! Less traffic in Santa Rosa enjoy the beach and pool and stay on 30a for less aggravation 😎
Awesome place to stay with a great price!
My wife and I stayed the week with my step-son and his (7) college aged friends and had an absolute blast here. We were a bit worried that the kids would get a little loud in the evenings when we were trying to sleep but wasn't a problem at all staying on the 3rd level we never heard them (this place is huge). This unit is tastefully decorated and very well outfitted for the vacationer who likes to just arrive and stay put. We ate most our meals in and were never in need of any appliance, utensils, plates, etc. The unit is large enough so that when you want alone time it is not a problem or if you want to socialize with everyone at once - the living area and kitchen are big enough to do that too! The pool and hot tub are right down the stairs from the unit and are cleaned and maintained daily. The walk to the beach was a breeze (about 5-10 minutes). The beach is beautiful and very clean and not overly crowded like other beaches surrounding this area. Restaurants and shops are within a short walk or drive. Grocery shopping was close with large selections. If you're after things to do, there is plenty just ask the owners they have all kinds of recommendations all written down for you and are wonderful people to work with. But, like I said if you're after a place to just sit, relax and do nothing but soak in the Florida sunshine this is it. I give this place an A+ with no complaints!
Comfortable town home close to pool and beach.
Our family of nine stayed at Sydney's Sandcastle and had plenty of room to spread out. The stairs were an issue for some but not others. Lots of them! We really enjoyed being literally "at" the pool and a very short walk to the beach. We rode bikes and walked to shops, restaurants, and the Blue Mountain Creamery. The tennis court and volleyball court were used daily, as well. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The property could be maintained a little better, and the bedding and kitchen supplies need to be updated.
Thank you for your feedback. Yes! There are a lot of stairs! We have found that once you've been there for a bit, you get used to them. However, if you have people in group with mobility issues, this may not be the unit for you. You'll notice that in Florida they tend to build a lot of narrow, tall buildings. This unit is one of those. On the plus side, the unit accomodates large groups easily without feeling crowded.
Each year we take a look at the unit to see what needs to be repaired/replaced. Specifically, the kitchen is restocked every year due to the "migration" of pots, pans, utensils, etc. to other units in the building. It is not uncommon for a large group to rent more than one unit. When they gather together to eat at another unit, no one can figure out what goes where. And thus things tend to find new homes. It can get pretty confusing when you're trying to feed large numbers of people! At the end of this season we will be evaluating what we have and what we need to replace for next year.
Linens are also an area that we take a look at and they are on our schedule to be replaced in 2012. This will include an upgrade in bedding, which of course will involve some redecorating of bedrooms. Fun!
