Welcome to "The Vue on Lake Superior"! The Vue overlooks the shores of Lake Superior and provides beautiful views of the sunrises and sunsets on Lake Superior.

PROPERTY
The Vue is the upper two (2) levels of a 4-story home that has 1 bedroom, 2 full baths, quality linens, and is outfitted with comfortable luxury Stearns and Foster mattress for a restful night's sleep. It has everything you need to relax, listen and watch the waves. Fully air-conditioned to make your stay comfortable on those warm days. While The Vue is on the shores of Lake Superior, it only has lake views with no access to the waterfront or fire pits.

OUTDOOR DECK
The Vue has an attached walkout deck to enjoy the lake view and to experience the sunrise and sunsets.

BEDROOM & SLEEP
The master bedroom is outfitted with comfortable and luxury class king size Stearns and Foster mattress for a restful night's sleep on a modern bed. The master bedroom has a full attached bathroom and Smart Roku TV. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a pull-out sofa couch located in the top level.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful views of Lake Superior from the living room. The kitchen is stocked with a KEURIG one-cup coffee maker with stocked variety of coffee flavors, basket of snacks, toaster, blender, silverware, glasses, ice-maker, and all your daily kitchen cooking items and dishes.

LEVELS
The main level of the Vue features a living room, kitchen, master bedroom, full bathroom, closet, board games, Smart TV’s, washer-dryer, and walkout deck. The top level features a pull-out couch, open style soaking tub and bathroom, and a washer and dryer.

SMART TV & INTERNET
The Vue is equipped with Roku Smart TV's to live steam free content or connect the Roku TV to your paid subscription services. The Roku Smart TV's have a "Guest Mode" that allows you to identify your check in and out dates and the Roku Smart TV will automatically log you out of your subscription services on your departure date. Once you walk into the property, table top placards will identify the passcodes to connect your device(s) to free high speed internet. Smart TV’s are in the living room and bedroom.

LOCATION
The Vue is located at the start of the popular and heavily traveled North Shore of Lake Superior while located close to the canal, restaurants, entertainment, and downtown Duluth. It is located only two (2) blocks from Brighton Beach Park (Kitchi Gammi) and Lester River Park for great hiking or mountain biking. A grocery store is within two (2) blocks. The Vue, on the lakeside of London Road, is one of the two units (upper) in this up and down Villa. PL 23-159.
