Very close to Downtown, casino,Ruth hardly park,Desert regional hospital and airport. (And not in the path of airport). Very Quiet neighborhood. New Kitchen and appliances. Newly remodeled Condo . Wifi and T.V super box for all your streaming needs.Great variety of excellent restaurants and entertainment. Every Thursday night street market Downtown .

We loved our month long stay in this condo and beautiful community. We loved the pools! Nice neighborhood to walk around. Friendly and quiet. Condo was clean and had everything we needed Owner was quick to respond to questions. Would stay here again without hesitation

Great location

We loved recently renovated condo in a great location. The king bed was very comfortable and the bed linens just added to the comfort. Great quality towels, pots, pans, glasses, etc. The garage is an added bonus. The pool area is lovely and clean. It was very quiet during our stay so we always had chaise lounges. We would definitely stay in James condo again.
