The cabin was very clean upon arrival, and the location is undeniably pretty, but a few key details impacted our stay.Scent: There were two very strong fragrance plug-ins in a small space. Even after unplugging them immediately, the artificial scent lingered for our entire two-day stay and triggered headaches.Accessibility & Steps: This unit is not accessible for anyone with mobility issues or bad feet. Getting to the cabin requires navigating four flights of steps, two of which are uneven landscaping stones. Outdoor lighting is also very dim, making evening navigation tricky.Location & Layout: The beach is right down the road, but keep in mind it’s a steep downhill walk, which means a tough uphill climb back. Inside, access to the bathroom requires walking through the other bedroom. This was noted in the listing description, but it is an awkward setup in practice.Noise & Value: The walls are quite thin. We had very loud neighbors keeping us up until 2:00 AM, and sound travels easily between units. While the host kept a clean space, the combination of steep access, poor lighting, heavy fragrances, and thin walls didn't deliver a 600/night experience for us. I recommend double-checking all the written listing details carefully before booking.
