Only one hour north of downtown Albany, you will be 16 miles from Lake George Village, 19 miles from Saratoga Racetrack and 12 miles from Six Flags Great Escape. New for 2026: new water filtration system, fully renovated bathroom and brand new dock to moor your boat. NYS boat launch about a mile away.

Nice property! Very clean, peaceful, and serene right on the water. Host Steven was very accommodating and responsive. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen & bath has everything we needed.I would highly recommend this property - you won’t be disappointed.

5 wonderful days of family vacation by the river with an amazing view. We dont want to leave this quiet, cozy place, back to the noisy city. The house has everything you need, it is clean and very cozy! I recommend!

We loved this cabin! The location, right on the River was beautiful! It was so chilly while we were there, but we put the heat on and used the electric fireplace and it was super cozy! There is a huge window in the living room, so we could enjoy the view even while inside! The only downside was the water, but the owners made sure there were extra gallons of water and ice for drinking, coffee, and brushing teeth etc. We will definitely visit again! Thank you Steve!

This is the finest stay to enjoy peaceful nature with direct lake view. Enjoyed staying here for my son birthday. The place has everything for a quiet stay. definitely going to come again.

Perfect location with great views

Great accommodations for two couples, cottage was well organized, kitchen was well stocked. Enclosed porch on the back is perfect for conversation.

This was a lovely cabin with great river views in a quiet neighborhood. Had a lot of fun watching the boats go by and saw a beautiful sunset. We spent a lot of time in the surrounding areas (Lake George, etc.) and visiting family so didn't spend a ton of time at the property, but it was fully stocked and very comfortable. Steven was extremely helpful and communicative and answered all my questions.

Very cozy cabin

Beautiful location. Cozy cabin. Perfect getaway for a quiet birthday weekend. Cabin was well equipted and even supplied a few things that might have been forgotten when packing for a weekend.

Great host, great location, and nice house. It was perfect for 4 but would be a stretch for 6. Everything else was great but the shower (and water) was a challenge. The showerhead was very low (anyone under 5'6" will have to squat under it and the water was very soft and had a strong sulfur (rotton egg) smell to it. We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were great but the shower/water situation was a challenge

The Best!

My family and I stayed here for a weekend and absolutely loved it! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything for cooking, place was super clean, beds were super comfy, being on the water was awesome and communication with the owner was super easy. Would 10/10 recommend.

This cabin is super cute! Walking in, the smell of fresh cut wood hits you and fills your body with a calmness. The cabin is well equipped with all you could need. The location is perfect and the outdoor area is great.

Girls weekend

The cabin is adorable and much bigger than expected. We loved the access to the lake. Sipping coffee while watching the sunrise was beautiful. Hope to visit real soon!

Quick overnight visit

We stayed overnight in the cozy cabin to make the most of our short time in the area. The cabin was perfect for our needs, and the location was lovely. Close enough to town to easily visit for mini golf and groceries, yet far enough removed from the hustle and bustle to appreciate the peace and quiet of the river. Checking in and out was easy, and Steve responded very quickly to my questions about the area. We would visit again.

Relaxing

The property and house was clean, comfortable just beautiful with amazing views and water front. For us to relax, Did some kayaking, fishing and walkable neighborhood. Not far from town, some shops and restaurants.

The house was awesome, just as advertised. It had everything we needed for our stay! All we had to bring was our food and beverages. The view of the River was great. So was the fishing! We would definitely stay there again!

Relaxing Getaway

Property is exactly as explained in the description. Owners are very responsive to messages. Everything you need to know is in the book they leave you and it's very detailed. Everything your could possibly need and then some at the cabin. River is right in the back yard and great swimming. We brought some tubes and spent alot of time just floating around. House is squeaky clean and very cozy. We'll Def visit again if we visit the area again. Thank you for everything. What a great experience!!

Perfect waterfront abode

Check in was straightforward and easy. Host was very responsive and accommodating. The home was even more beautiful than expected - beautifully decorated, all amenities you could want, and the most beautiful backyard on the Hudson River. Comfortable beds and lots of seating options. It was an easy drive to SPAC for a concert. Wish we could have stayed longer - will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Father’s Day Weekend

Great quiet weekend away. Perfect place to unwind and do a little fishing & grilling for Father’s Day weekend. The host was excellent with communication, even as I was wrapping up & checking out after our weekend. As soon as you unlock the front door and your eyes grab site of the River view you just can’t wait to settle in and relax. Thank you for sharing your place with us.
