The Wailea Shops and luxury resorts are just a short drive away.
This is a one-of-a-kind oceanfront living experience. The minute you walk in the door you will fall in love with this luxurious 550 sqft one bedroom unit featuring a wonderful open floor-plan and breathtaking views. The living area offers a sliding door opening onto the private top floor balcony featuring a small dining space and comfortable seating overlooking the ocean, sunsets, and breaching whales (in season).
Enjoy the luxury of brand-new high-quality stainless-steel appliances, countertops, luxury vinyl floors, queen size beds with the finest linens, lots of storage space, a laundry closet with a new washer and dryer set, large TV in the living room, second large TV in the bedroom, high speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, and bath towels. Comfortable rolling chairs are set up along the living area and allow for a great working experience from home on a lowered work surface. Open parking spaces are readily available. The main bathroom offers a newly remodeled tile shower and lighted and heated mirror. This is one of the best insulated buildings in town. You will not hear your neighbors.
The location could not be better. Nice coffee shop, numerous restaurants and bars as well as convenience, hardware and grocery stores are just steps away. Walk to the shops, the beach, watch the turtles, watch the whales, snorkel, all from your front door.

Beautiful space, clean and well thought out. All kitchen gagets we needed, tons of hooks and mini shelves in bathroom, chairs and couches are moveable. Beautiful view from balcony and steps away from beach. Enjoyed the breeze from the front door beingopen and patio door.I have stayed at two other condos in this complex and this one is by far my favorite. Host is friendly and kind. Close to a grocery store (1 block) and restaurants (try the fish tacos at Coconuts).Spent evenings eating dinner out on the patio,enjoying the sun/sunset, and watching the turtles and whales. Thank you!
