Spacious bedroom with queen bed, large sectional sofa, and en suite bathroom. What was once a recording studio is now a quiet room with no exterior lighting (night shift nurses - this is perfect!) Separate kitchenette also doubles as a sunroom with skylights, tile floor, and a workspace. Full refrigerator and freezer, microwave, air fryer, toaster, and pod coffee maker.

Bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette; courtyard behind main home is private at this time. Storm cellar is accessible if needed.
Other things to note
Please no smoking on property, no open flames, and no pets allowed. I’m happy to recommend a boarder in town. Baby items (bed, swing, toys) available upon request.

Location is great just a few blocks from downtown and the school I attended. Very nice little place with privacy!
