Bienvenido a "Beach Breeze", una hermosa casa ubicada en la popular comunidad de Summers's Edge en Seagrove Beach. 2do piso: Área de estar principal con televisor de pantalla plana grande, DVD y acceso al balcón de gran tamaño en la parte posterior de la casa, Área de comedor con mesa para 8 personas, con 4 asientos adicionales en el bar. Cocina de alto diseño con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y acceso al balcón desde la parte delantera de la casa. Habitación King con baño compartido y acceso al balcón frontal.

3er piso: habitación en la torre con sofá y área de bar y fabulosas vistas del golfo desde el balcón. Además, un área de lectura para relajarse después de esos largos días bajo el sol.


Summers Edge está a solo 1. 8 millas de la ciudad de Seaside, ubicada a medio camino entre Destin y la ciudad de Panamá. La comunidad está a solo minutos de tiendas, restaurantes y muchas otras actividades en Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, Destin y Panama City. Beach Breeze in November

We've been visiting the beaches of 30A for years and are very familiar with Seagrove Beach and the Summers Edge neighborhood. We decided to take a last minute beach trip in November and lucked into perfect weather. The folks at itrip were very helpful and responsive. Great communication (both in advance and in-home information) and a very nice home. Would recommend to anyone.

Great location

We stayed in Beach Breeze in June 25. We had an excellent stay. Walk to the beach was short and lots of shade. The beach was public but you could set up chairs and umbrellas behind the paid ones you have to pay for. We had the A/C go out one day but they mgt company was very responsive sent someone out quickly. Kitchen had everything you needed. Would recommend for families.

Family Vacation 2025

Our family vacation was awesome! Antoinette was our representative and she was wonderful! The day we arrived we noticed the ac wasn’t working on the upper floors. When we reported the issue to her, she immediately had someone out and it was quickly fixed. The house was very clean, spacious and only short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Great stay in Seagrove!

Loved our stay here.. super easy walk to the beach and the pool with a little one. We rented one set of chairs on the beach and had no problem with finding space for our things in May! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and we loved all the outdoor spaces. Plenty of room for 6 adults and a child. Would appreciate locks being updated on the exterior doors for safety with little ones.. Also the blinds could be replaced on some of the doors/windows. Property manager was quick to respond and resolve any minor issues we ran into! Bikes would be a nice touch to explore the area!

Beautiful home in a great location!

We loved our stay at Beach Breeze! The home layout was perfect for our group of 9. We traveled with three separate families with kids, teens, and adults and the three living areas were great for when we wanted to spread out in the evening and have our own spaces. The property manager reached out early on the day of our check in to let us know the home was ready early. We had one issue while there with the breaker tripping, and I got an immediate response when I texted to help fix it.The home is a great location to the S. Ryan St. pool (which was heated during our stay the second week of March) and the beach was less than a five minute walk. If you rent beach setup through 30s Shade, you get access to a private area of the beach which was nice not having to deal with some of the college spring breakers setup down the beach from us. Definitely recommend for multiple families traveling together. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Beach Breeze

The house was perfect for our annual family beach trip. Plenty of room to stretch out and everyone had their on space. The only small issue is the FOBS. I wish we could go back to the code as there are never enough fobs for larger groups.

Great stay- could use some updates

The location and accuracy of this listing was pretty great. The distance to the beach and pool were great with little ones. The kitchen was updated and well appointed. The owners were great. We didn’t really care for the kiddos being on the first level without deadbolts on some of the three entry points into the home on the first level. The king bed was on the second floor, so it left my husband and I a little uneasy to be upstairs with them being downstairs. Also, you could not walk around the home barefoot without the bottoms of your feet being black from not being mopped. The sectional sofa was very worn out on the 2nd floor level. The internet connection was not great. The beds were comfortable. Some minor decor updates could be made to the first floor so that it is more inviting. The third floor was pretty much a useless space. The best porch was through one of the queen bedrooms on the first floor where one of our children were sleeping, so we couldn’t enjoy the screened in porch after their bedtime. The listing was great and we love the neighborhood and location. For us, we will be looking for a home with the primary bedroom, living area, and kitchen on the first level so that the children aren’t at the first point of entry by themselves. Also, if you want a good spot on the beach, go ahead and reserve chairs and umbrellas with 30a shade. If not, you will not ever have a “first row” view of the ocean.

A perfect place!!

This home is so great! It has 5 decks/balconies (2 in front and 3 on the back of the house) Those spaces in addition to all the indoor living space were amazing!!! So much room for people to spread out and work or just have coffee or drink wine and watch the sun set. The home is well equipped and only a short walk to a community pool and private beach access. We were blessed with AMAZING weather and had the best trip ever! Seaside is the cutest town and this home is just 2 miles from all the quaint downtown of Seaside with all it's shops and food trucks. Definitely want to come back!!!

Good stay

Overall we had a good stay. The house was a little small for our group but that was our own fault. I think a table and chairs needs to be added on the 3rd floor and the wifi connection was horrible. Some of our group had some work to do and it was not very accommodating. Close to beach access.. but that’s a little deceptive since the beach access is a street and a boardwalk away. The house was very close to the pool which was convenient.

Family Vacay

We had a wonderful stay - proximity to beach and pools is perfect! We love Summers Edge - we have stayed in so many of the beautiful homes. My only idea for the home is possibly an ottoman for the sectional! It would be a wonderful add!!

Great House and Location

Nice house, great location

We just returned from our stay at Beach Breeze in the Summer's Edge neighborhood. The location couldn't be better! We loved the proximity to the beach and two pools. This was our first time renting a private home and we enjoyed having the kitchen and laundry -- so convenient. We were traveling with family, who stayed a couple doors down, so it was only my husband and me in our house. The kitchen was nice and open and well appointed. It was nice to have double sinks in the master bath. The king master bed was so comfortable -- we slept peacefully every night. My husband had to work during the trip so he used the third floor loft area as his deck -- and wifi worked great. Gina and Dana at the property mgmt company were very responsive and helpful. We definitely had better mgmt service than the company the management my brother's house. As others have said, the wood blinds on the first-floor doors are not in good shape. We quit trying to adjust them on the front door after one day. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Beach Breeze.

Our family has stayed at this house for many years, this year for two weeks. Great house, recently renovated; and, great location - easy walk to beach and pool. 30A Shade makes it easy to rent daily beach chairs and umbrellas.

Loved the outdoor space!

We really enjoyed all the deck space this listing offered! Twelve of us stayed and we all felt like we had plenty of room for the whole trip. We were pleasantly surprised by the outdoor shower and thought it was a nice bonus. The small community the listing is located in was also nice, as well as close to everything we wanted to go to, especially the beach.

Mardi Gras getaway

This was such great property! It was only 2 houses down from the heated pool and a about 1 block from the beach. We enjoyed our stay and loved the house. We hope to be back.

Close enough to beach and can walk to some restaurants and stores. Nice quiet neighborhoood street with pool at the end. Lots of outdoor porches and 4 beach chairs. Kitchen well furnished!!!!

Great Beach Trip

Great property management company with good communication throughout process. House had great porches and was in a great location. Easy access to beach and to community pool. Comfortable living room with large couch for all to hang out on. My only complaint would be that there was no pantry to store food and we had to use the counter space for groceries and that made the kitchen feel tight. Otherwise great house and great week!

Great stay!

Process was seamless from start to finish. Any problems were fixed quickly. Fantastic location, just a short walk to beach. There were balconies and porches galore to sit and enjoy the view and friends.

Beach Breeze

Excellent location, the home was fantastic for our family with comfortable beds for all as well as a bunk room for the children, quiet neighborhood, and two wonderful pools. Easy walk to beach. I suggest it would be helpful to update some basic kitchen supplies and replace torn, decorative pillows on couch . Door entry coded box was inoperable due to corrosion for a short bit, but management responded immediately and handled the problem. We loved our time here. Thank you to the owners for sharing your home.
