Steeped in Lowcountry character, this spacious oceanfront home delivers large families and travel groups an authentic beach experience. The fabulous indoor/outdoor floor plan accommodates as much for privacy as it does for gathering together.

On the ocean side, an expansive split-level sundeck offers abundant outdoor living space supplemented by an enormous rocking chair-lined screened porch, gazebo with built-in benches, and private boardwalk with rinsing shower and direct access to the soft sandy beach.

The oceanfront outdoor living spaces lead directly into the top floor of this two-story home where the amazing ocean view follows. The central common areas include the primary living area, game nook, and wet bar. The combination dining/kitchen is adjacent to the west-facing porch (think sunsets!).

Sleeping accommodations on the main floor include two bedrooms and a full bathroom in the hallway on one side and a third bedroom and second full bathroom on the other. The “no-stairs” ground floor has four more bedrooms, 3 more full baths, and laundry room plus interior stairs to the top floor.

A small community boat landing is one block away, making it easy to launch kayaks or a Jon boat to explore the tidal canal and saltmarsh creek.

MAIN FLOOR: (3 bedrooms) 1 KING, 1 QUEEN, 2 SINGLES, 2 full bathrooms (tub showers), washer/dryer closet, kitchen and dining area with access to west facing porch, wet bar, game table nook, living area with access to oceanfront screened porch and sundeck.

GROUND FLOOR: (4 bedrooms) 1 KING, 1 KING, 2 SINGLES & 1 CRIB, 2 BUNK SETS (4 singles), 3 full bathrooms (walk-in showers), utility room with washer/dryer, front foyer w/internal stairs to top floor.

AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-4, DVD-1, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators (on main floor), wet bar with wine chiller, ceiling fans, crib, 2 tubs, 2 washer/dryer sets (up/down), gas grill, 2 porches (1 screened), private beach boardwalk, enormous split-level oceanside sundeck with gazebo, built-in benches and rinsing shower, access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, beach gear credit.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as creek access via a small public boat launch. A stroll will rekindle friendships made from past stays, bring scenic Lowcountry vistas, and provide shops and restaurants to visit on foot. Grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks and more are an easy drive away.
