frente al mar en el corazón de Wrightsville Beach! Esta muy bien amueblado y decorado de 3 dormitorios, 3 baños casa de pueblo tiene 2 terrazas con vistas al océano. Disfrutar de impresionantes vistas y la brisa del mar!

La sala de estar / comedor abierto con su amplia terraza es perfecta para el entretenimiento. La cocina bien equipada, 1 dormitorio y baño también están en este nivel. El dormitorio principal de arriba cuenta con una terraza privada y baño principal. También hay un dormitorio de invitados y baño contiguo.

Detrás del garaje es un recinto cerrado con mesa de ping pong. Esta unidad, está ubicado en el corazón de Wrightsville Beach, a pocos pasos de tiendas, restaurantes y supermercados. Alquila semanal o mensual. Por favor llame para las tarifas mensuales.

Convenient

The location was convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. We had a great view. The lifeguard post was at our access point, which gave us much comfort.

Great Beach Spot

The location is hard to beat - literal steps from the beach. Could watch the sunrise without leaving bed! The interior is nice if not a little rough around the edges. Overall we had a great experience, and would stay again.

Perfect place to stay

This place was everything we were hoping it to be. Very clean and bright and fit the needs of 5 adults. It is only a few steps to the beach and very convenient to many restaurants and shops. The view from the decks was beautiful. Would definitely go back!

Great Location

My husband lived up the street in his younger years, so this was a nostalgic trip for him. The beach was great. Location can’t be beat. The house just needs a few sharp knives, pizza cutter and adult forks. It was comfortable clean we would return!

Location is perfect!

Beautiful spot! The house was clean and check in was easy. The house would be 5 stars if they had more supplies. There were only a few trash bags and we ran out of toilet paper. But you can’t beat the location!

Location, location, location

Outstanding week. Superb location with walking distance to the beach, beach store, surf shop, ice cream shop and more. The house suited our group of 2 families, 6 people total. Plenty of amenities to prep meals for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Short walk to the beach as well as near a lifeguard stand. Highly recommend this property if you are staying in Wrightsville Beach.

Wonderful beachfront stay at Stephens

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely 3 beds/3 bath with excellent views. Short walk to beach. Great location for shopping, eating and grocery. We enjoyed the wildlife- a bunny and lots of large dragon flies.

Beach Life

Absolutely amazing location. One minute walk to the beach. One minute walk to coffee, dining, night life etc. The unit was a bit dated. Some bugs trying to get their share. Garage area had a smell. Bring ping pong paddles and some new balls. Battleship North Carolina close by and worth a visit. Get a Shibumi for the beach on day one. About $250. Would stay again.

Location, location, location

We truly loved our time at Wrightsville Beach. The house’s location could not be more perfect. Watching the sunrise each morning while laying in bed was bliss. Only thing I would note is the amount and steepness of the stairs. Would’ve been nice to know ahead of time for my elderly mom but she did great and enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well supplied if a tad dated in a few areas. I never rent the same place twice but I’d stay here again anytime!!!!!

Fantastic location

Very nice house with great location steps from beach access. Gorgeous views from living area and master bedroom. You can hear the waves! The kitchen is very basic (no tea kettle, only very basic utensils) and come prepared as it wasn't stocked with things like a sponge or soap. The upstairs main bedroom toilet was in need of repair and unfortunately wasn't fixed by the time we left. Overall very nice.

Great vacation

Our screen door to the balcony didn't work- the wheels were rusted and we were told it had to be sent out to be repaired. The screen in the master bedroom was torn- only 1 things that needed repairs. Great location and great rental company.

Great location with excellent views

The house is perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants and several stores. And the view can't be beat! All of the furniture and decor is comfortable and cozy with a beachy vibe. We loved that each bedroom had its own ensuite with the master having its own balcony. The only reason I didnt give a 5 for cleanliness is because some of the appliances and kitchen pots/pans could use an update. They worked perfectly fine but they are a little older. Otherwise, the place was spotless and we would definitively rent this house again!

For old ladies , a lot of stairs!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was fairly clean. We had trouble with all the faucets- they were a mystery. We never took showers - either there was no water coming out or the tub/shower we iffy looking. The beds were clean and comfortable(loved the way the sheets and towels came). We enjoyed the decks!!!

Good experience over all.

The house size and location are great for families. Right on the beach and walking distance from a convenience store and many restaurants and ice cream stores. Great beach views from both balconies. The house was professionally cleaned when we arrived. Linens and towels were provided and clean. We would come again. However the house does need some updates. Most importantly would suggest a new dinner table and rugs as these did not give the feel of cleanliness. Periodic ant treatments are required as we saw tiny ants in the kitchen. In addition, suggest updating and/ or ventilating and/ or a dehumidification system in the garage area and attached room where the ping pong table and grill are located. We were not able to use this area at all.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If want a beautiful view and great location this is the place to rent!! However, this place needs A LOT of TLC. The beds are uncomfortable, the carpeting on the stairs is very dirty and there is NO outdoor shower!!! The indoor furniture is very old and stained as well. I will say that the kitchen is well equipped and clean. Bathrooms were clean also. I would not recommend this to families who have are germaphobes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and nice deck furnishings. New window coverings were nice. House and inside furnishings need some work. Several kitchen items in poor condition or unavailable. Examples: Stove had burner not working, Carpet in need of updating, TVs not connected in one bedroom, Paint, etc.

The property is very convenient to the town of Wrightsville, grocery, restaurants, bars and beach access just outside the back deck. We didn’t have a car the whole trip, only bicycles, and it worked out great. The property shows some signs of wear & tear but we were expecting that from previous reviews that we saw before reserving the place. Highly recommended if you want convenience, great access to the beach & wonderful views. We saw full moons, lightning, sunrises, and even a rainbow over the ocean. Bryant was great and really proactive to make sure all was good. We Would go back & stay here again.

Beach lovers

Overall, this property needs a lot of TLC. The screens are ripped in several windows. The master bathroom shower is so clogged I’m not sure it’ll ever be cleared. We killed 4 cockroaches on the main floor in the kitchen/living room area. It has a very moldy smell when you walk in. We stayed in this same home 3 years ago. It needed some attention back then and I can assure you NOTHING has been done to keep this home up & maintained. This was a very last minute decision to book. We love the location which is why we went here a 2nd time. We probably won’t stay at this property again.

Stephens- ok but great location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was run down and the floors were extremely dirty. They had not been mopped and there were no mops to use. Dead cockroaches found in all rooms. Outside deck was not usable at nights due to the amount of roaches and palmetto bugs. No kitchen towels to dry dishes- we had to purchase. Using towels for an entire week was not ideal, had to wash with 0 detergent on-site. Downstairs room smelled of mold. Great location, easy to walk around to things.
