We're sorry about the inconveniences you experiences, however, we're glad we could respond quickly and efficiently to all your needs! Carol, we appreciate you taking the time to tell us about your experience. We do apologize again you were not made aware of the window, as it's typically our practice to make all guests aware of any inconveniences prior to arrival. Since it's not a standard window, it did have to be special ordered and has been on back order. We're hoping to have the window repaired as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we didn't have any other properties available since we're typically booked out for the entire summer. Our maintenance department has been made aware of the issues you mentioned here and when you stopped by our office during your stay. The vent you mentioned has since been cleaned, and the filter had just been changed prior to your arrival. We have a procedure for reporting suggestions to owners about their units, so I have made note of what you mentioned including the unit furniture, patio furniture, and mattresses to pass along. I do see where you received a partial refund for your inconveniences, and after the fact, called our office and threatened to take legal action. We are glad you enjoyed the short walk to the beach and wish you well in any future vacations you decide to take to Wrightsville Beach.

This is all wonderful to hear, Nancy! We are thrilled you loved the Ramsey townhouse and were able to have a great getaway this Summer! We regularly complete unit inventory as well as carpet cleaning to ensure guests are comfortable. The unit is situated on a residential street with just a few strides to the beach access allowing for quick and easy beach trips! Unfortunately, we were unable to locate any record of you notifying our office of any cleaning or maintenance issues.
