Disfrute de unas vacaciones inolvidables en esta histórica 5 dormitorios, 3 baños unifamiliar casa frente al mar. Construido en 1940, tiene una mezcla de lo tradicional y lo moderno.

La planta principal cuenta con una cocina / sala de estar abierta bien equipada - un gran lugar de encuentro después de un día en el sol. Disfrutar de una cena en el acogedor porche cerrado, fuera. En este nivel hay dos dormitorios y 1 baño, al que se accede al baño desde 1 dormitorio y desde el área del porche. Arriba tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 baños.

Situado en el centro, es fácil distancia a pie de supermercados, tiendas y restaurantes en el centro de Wrightsville Beach. Muchas familias han regresado a casa para unas vacaciones de escapada. Venga a disfrutar de la playa Wrightsville la forma en que solía ser!

Great house

This is a great house. Wonderful wrap around porch, comfortable beds and very clean. Its only issue is that you cannot see the ocean from the deck because of the height of the dunes. The property managers are fantastic and were immediately there to help when needed.

Great Family Home!

We loved staying at this beach cottage! There was plenty of space for our family, and the number of bathrooms and bedrooms made it perfect for our family. You cannot beat the location-the beach access is terrific, and the cute shops and restaurants are right down the street. Wonderful place to stay- we will definitely be back!

Beachy cottage

The location is great and the house is large and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone inside and out on the porch. Light and bright upstairs. Only thing missing was a grill which would have been useful since the kitchen is tired. We would definitely stay there again!

Location, location, location!

If we had been any closer to the water, our feet would have been wet. Fantastic location, not just for its location right on the beach, but also for its convenience to all of the nightlife, shops, restaurants, and attractions in Wrightsville Beach. The house is older than the newer ones around it, but it did NOT lack for amenities, cleanliness, or comfort. Will definitely stay here again!

So often we find others do not appreciate the classic WB beach cottage feel so it's always great to hear back from guests that loved the home. The owners put in a lot of work to maintain it, just recently washing the couches and repainting the rocking chairs on the porch. Classic Wrightsville Beach cottage - Oceanfront

This historic cottage is in the best location on the island within easy walking distance to shops/restaurants. It feels more private being oceanfront but views are partly obstructed by berm. Full ocean views are from upstairs bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The heat/ac worked well and water pressure good. My complaint is that there are not enough places to sit - recommend a larger dining table on porch and updating living room seating and furniture. The artwork was impressive and we enjoyed being there very much. Would book again in future.

Great location - tired house

Bryant was very helpful, but in the end, this property is really bad. It was dirty (baseboard and other areas with dirt), paint is peeling everywhere, original windows that will not open (or stay open), and just not a very nice property. We were very disappointed, and would not recommend this property at all.

Great Place, Some Improvements in Order

I have a love of old beach houses. This one was absolutely perfect for location and ambiance. It is in need of some minor updates but overall the experience was great. I was happy to see a washer and dryer on site but they are small and pretty old. Some of our clothes came out with "burn" marks. I loved all the rocking chairs on the porch but at least one was coming apart and made it unsafe. The furniture was comfy, but really worn out. All else was really great. Just can't beat the location and the number of rooms and spaces for people to hang out was really really great.

Perfect location but grimy house!

The location and amount of rooms was great but the house was dingy and gross. The bathrooms were grimy and the kitchen had dirty dishes in the pantry. The coffee maker and dryer both both. The handle for the freezer popped straight off. The house needs to be updated and cleaned properly!!!

The refrigerator was also recently replaced with a new one. It’s right at the beach access so very convenient especially if you have small children. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone. The only negative thing is the fact that there is no storage for groceries. None. Nada. We put ours on top of the refrigerator.
