Third Sanibel Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very nice and clean. It had a great location, just a bicycle ride away from the dining and shopping and a short walking distance to the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella's and beach towels were provided. We had a great week and will most likely be back to Sanibel next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy our time in Sanibel. However, this unit was not comfortable. The furniture is very itchy and not comfortable to sit on. The master bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The ac unit was so load. We will not stay at Sanibel Moorings again. Cost is just getting to high.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staff was very helpful and courteous. The Rental kitchen was fully stocked . Our resort spot was perfect, we were dockside really nice to sit and enjoy morning coffee or glass of Wine. We loved the enclosed Patio to the front. The entire place was always clean. We enjoyed it so that we made our reservations and deposit for next year.

Beautiful Sanibel family vacation

The property is in a perfect location close to everything. The gardens are stunning well kept. The pools are clean and the gardens surrounding are very cozy and inviting. The condo is exactly like pictured. However we had an issue with the air conditioning causing@ major leak and getting guest bedroom carpet wet. The maintenance gentleman came ASAP. However a bit concerned over mildew occurring in carpet. Wasn’t a fan on having to retrieve own towels daily and returning used. We did kayak which was nice..however getting them was quite a puzzle and was not easy. No help your on your own. The cleanliness of the condo was ok. There was a pop can under one side of bed and 2 dog bones were left under each tv stand that had food in the bone with bugs . My dog got ahold of one and got sick. Overall the place is in a beautiful location
