Welcome to our island paradise at Loggerhead Cay #174! This gulf-side 4th floor condo boasts stunning Gulf of Mexico views with comfortable coastal updates and furnishings throughout. Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a sleeper sofa capable of sleeping up to 6 people and offers brand new plank tile flooring, updated kitchen & bathrooms, and a cozy lanai space to enjoy the spectacular views. This condo also allows for one dog (1 Dog, 25 lb. weight Limit. No exceptions), so pack your bags, bring the dog, and come enjoy this coastal paradise and all the treasures that Sanibel has to offer!

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds, 1 pull-out sleeper sofa & 1 Twin rollaway bed (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, heated shared pool, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboard, community tennis courts, elevator access. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Pets Considered (1 Dog, 25 lb. weight Limit. No exceptions). This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

Excellent

We stayed during the week of Thanksgiving. The place was fully remodeled and has an amazing view. Heated pool was nice as the temperatures fell. Unit was well stocked for daily living and a day at the beach. Looking forward to going back as the island continues to recover. Would definitely recommend the unit.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful layout to condo. Comfortable, bathroom showers roomy. Close to beach! Only issue was the elevator in this building was not fully operational until Tuesday. Difficult for our party. We did have someone help us get luggage up to the 4th floor which would have been impossible without him.

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and well-stocked everything was. Warm and welcoming rental unit

It was clean , bright and had every amenity we needed including beach towels and equipment which is a bonus for International air travellers. Nice sunrise views at this time of year (international time zone differences otherwise I wouldn’t be up watching😀) Like many rental properties there were a few minor issues however the management company were fantastic and promptly sorted them out.same day.. The customer service was very professional and more importantly a great friendly helpful service answering all questions before and during the rental. plus being on the island was a bonus, it made it friendly , personal, and much more knowledgeable ..no far away service desk and not speaking to the same agent twice..The on site owners/management group did a great job recovering from the two recent hurricanes. The island is getting back to normal so worth a visit .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first issue was that our original condo rental was canceled in December and no notification was provided. I only noticed when I checked to see if the second payment had been charged to my credit card. Very unprofessional.SBL did find us an alternative condo (2 bedroom vs. the original 3 bedroom). Ann at at SBL was very helpful. When I spoke with Rob (owner of SBL), he said that he would provide a gift card as compensation for our troubles, but none was provided. As far as Loggerhead Cay 174 is concerned, the condo was very clean with new flooring. The guest shower only provided a trickle of water and could not be used. The master shower had the same issue and was barely usable.

Tom, we appreciate your comments and agree the cancellation was mishandled by our office. We have had hundreds of cancellations and "rollovers" since Hurricane Ian and somehow we failed to appropriately communicate with you very important information regarding your stay. I am sorry the gift card did not make it into you hands as intended. A refund check has been mailed to your home address for the same amount. As discussed during your stay, the water issues were a result of the rebuilding process at Loggerhead Cay and have been corrected. We hope in the future you will give us an opportunity to provide a vacation experience more typical of a stay with our company!
