-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
-This vacation home does NOT allow pets.

Very nice updated and spacious condo

Enjoyed the condo

Enjoyed the condo, everything was great except the pull out couch. The mattress on the pullout couch needs to be replaced. All and all we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay but 8 people--NO WAY! 1 Bowl, 1medium casserole, 1 towel bar in the one bathroom I had to buy bowls We enjoyed the morning coffee get togethers.

We rented a different place than what we were given due to repairs, but the management team made it right. The check-in directions had us drive to a management office that said “you didn’t have to come here”, so we went to our place. The condo was in a wonderful location in the middle of all the island’s activities (and of course the beach). It was walking distance to restaurants, bars, golf cart rentals, etc. The actual condo was very clean and well supplied with all the essentials. We’d stay here again. It even had two beach chairs and an ice chest for us to use. Check out instructions were simple: take out the trash, turn off lights, and lock the door. Other than the two flights of stairs, this place was ideal.

Location was great

Location was great. Enjoyed staying there for the proximity to the SpaceX launch. Pool was cold and kids were not allowed in the warm spa which was a bummer for my youngest son. Some electrical issues with the ceiling fans and lights so the fan wouldn’t shut off all the way nor would the lights. May have been a switch issue as it was a rotary knob that was installed. Grateful for the boogy boards. For the price we would stay there again.

Everything went well for this property. There was a pool, there was easy access to the beach. There was plenty of parking for guests/visitors. The only 2 things I can say that were not too fun were, 1. having to drive to take our linens to get them exchanged back at the headquarters where we checked in and 2. we had to walk our trash to the dumpster versus having a service to pick it up from our door or a chute to drop it off at.

Trucker Motel 6 feel

From the start flys everywhere as we walked in, the odor of old and moldy hit us in the face. AC doesn’t cool the whole place, had to run fans (2) by dining room the whole time, AC ran all night non stop 74-71 degrees, closet smelled of mold and stale water, when getting blanket “in a bag” from the closet water was puddled on bag, when I moved nightstand mold was on walls (I took pictures) furniture is very outdated, both kids weighing 115 and 100 pounds were dying on sofa bed, they could feel the springs on their back, ran to Walmart and bought a mattress topper. over all the place looks outdated, patchy paint job and just a hot mess. I would never rent this place nor recommend this room.

Walking distance to the beach

This condo is within walking distance to the beach. It was a nice size for our family. The only downfall was the bathroom was small and there was only one, which we knew before we reserved it. My husband and I feel that the floors could have been cleaner when we first arrived. He said they were sticky feeling and made his feet feel gross. I did not walk barefoot on the floor for this reason. Other than that. It is a decent place for the price and the easy access to the beach.

Great Location and Comfortable Space

Stayed in this condo for spring break with a group of 6 friends. The location is great since it is close to the beach and other Island attractions. The house provided basic kitchen necessities, however the dishes were not cleaned well. The knives provided were also a bit too dull. The shower and sink did not drain well, but when we called for a maintenance they came and were helpful. Overall a great place to stay, staff was nice and accommodating.

Great gem in South Padre Island.

Great condo in South Padre Island, right next door to Schlitterbahn water park. That place has everything you need. Pool area has a large pool and BBQ pits for your outdoor needs. Love it. Be back soon.
