Guest have full access to all parts of the home inside, except the maid's closet, and full access to the front yard & back yard. Guest may use the garage & EV charger
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a quiet, family-friendly residential neighborhood.
It's about a 2 min drive to Stevenson park from the house. The park offers the following amenities:
- Basketball courts
- Pickleball courts
- Splash Pad
- Playground
- Picnic tables
- Track
- Picnic tables
- Tennis court
- Volleyball court
- Dog park
- Seasonal Activities
Centrally located to great shopping/restaurants at Baybrook Mall. Top-Golf, Great Wolf Lodge, & Main Event are within 15 min for lots of family fun.
Many great stores and restaurants within a 5 min drive. Make sure to check out the British Market!
Getting Around:
It's better to have a vehicle, as there is not public transportation around here.
There is free parking in the garage and driveway.
Centrally located to great shopping/restaurants at Baybrook Mall. Top-Golf, Great Wolf Lodge, & Main Event are within 15 min for lots of family fun.
Many great stores and restaurants within a 5 min drive. Make sure to check out the British Market!
Other Things to Note:
There is NO Lifeguard on duty! Swim at your own risk!
NO glass or running in the pool area!
The patio grill is available for use, please clean it when you are done using it. If we have to clean it we do charge a $50 fee.
Trash days are Tuesdays & Fridays. If you are there during one of those days please take the trash out to the curb so it doesn't pile up. Thank you.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please clean out the grill if you used it. Our cleaner charges an additional $50 if she has to clean it.
Please turn the AC up to 76 in the summer; turn the heat to 68 in the winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is a quiet family neighborhood in Friendswood, TX that is a short walk from the community park & pool. Stevenson Park is only 2 min away. It's also centrally located to some of the best restaurants, shopping, & the hottest attractions in the area.
What makes this property unique
This home is unique due to the backyard. There's a grassy area with a kids play/climbing structure, separated by a safety fence, that opens up to a pristine & beautiful large pool. There's a covered patio with outdoor seating, a grill, and outdoor sink. The string lights set the mood at night making the backyard one of the favorite places to spend the entire day.
