Old town CAVTAT, beautiful pebble and rocky beaches, hotel swimming pools together with nice walking areas, beautiful promenade with popular rate restaurants, coffee bars, tennis courts, supermarket, bank, post office etc. are within 10 minutes walking from the apartment ... but at the same time you are far away from noise from bars, restaurants, traffic and you will enjoy peaceful and relaxing time.

We have available this brand new APPT ( 70m2 ) in Cavtat which is usually for big family with kids , or 2 couples .... very comfortable and spacious.
It is situated on the 2nd floor ( top floor- nobody above you :)) in the Villa.
Appt are for 5 guests as it’s with 2 bedrooms, but can be also for 6 GUESTS if they are with KIDS :))
It consists of 2 bedrooms, corridor , living room with a sofa bed ( 140x200 ) for 2 kids or 1 person sleeping, a bathroom with great shower, fully-equipped kitchen and big table for 6.

In this apartment there are 2 stunning sea -view balconies with a table and chairs ...
One balcony has entrance through the living room and second balcony has entrance through the bedroom.

1st. bedroom with a king bed 160x200

2nd. bedroom 1 bunk bed ( 2 single beds each 90x200 )

In the Appt there are also: dishwasher, an oven, an iron, a hair-dryer, coffe mashine, Smart TV , air-condition, free Internet/ Wi Fi access with 60Mbps speed, outside grill, washing machine to use for free.

Appt is brand new, very comfort and it's situated in very peaceful area where every morning you can enjoy in a lovely birds singing, but also we are close to all amenities.

Providing a private parking lot for your car too.

The tourist taxes and everything is included in the price.
Appt has got a beautiful sea-view to Cavtat bay and Dubrovnik Old town.

Appt is near the sea, just 8 min walking, but there are also grocery, children playground and nearby hotels ‘ swimming pools which you may use for a small charge per day if you like or even usually it’s free !!!
All this in a short walking distance :))

If you are coming by plane and staying with us we will organise a transfer for you for a special price ( from and back to the airport ).

If you are coming by car there is a free private parking in front.

Beautiful apartment and lovely host!

Communication with Marina was so good, she arranged for her husband to pick us up from airport for a small fee. She was there to meet us at the apartment and it was spotlessly clean, the views were amazing, and Marina was so helpful with all our questions and even helped us out one day when we were lost! We had the most amazing stay and can’t wait to go back again! Think we are fitter now than when we came as have done so many steps! Thank you so much Marina and Ivan

Great property with lovely view

The property was immaculately clean and as described with a good range of kitchen equipment. The host Marina looked after us really well, recommending day trips and helping with booking. The property is close to a bus stop and supermarket and not too far from a lovely beach.

Beautiful unspoilt Cavtat

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, perfectly equipped, nicely situated, a short walk to cafe's and sea front - beach shoe's essential if swimming as it's a rocky beach. Another pleasant 10 min walk along the coast takes you to the main town which is small but lovely with bars restaurants aplenty. A nice circular walk is had beyond the port away from the bustle.

A magical stay in beautiful Cavtat

Marina and Ivo’s beautiful apartment in Cavtat was even better than the photos, filled with light, modern and clean, everything you could possibly want and the view from the balcony across the bay and to Dubrovnik was amazing both in the morning and especially the sunsets at night, we will miss that view a lot. Cavtat is a very pretty place with lots of lovely places to eat, beaches and walks round the peninsulas. A visit to Dubrovnik is a must, the old city is very special and we also loved the srebreno area which also has lovely beaches and is very pretty. There is lots to do with plenty of boat trips and places to visit. Marina and Ivo were the most welcoming and friendly hosts we have stayed with, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and Marina even made us a delicious homemade chocolate cake! They made our stay extra special so thank you to you both I’m sure we’ll be back.

A beautiful apartment in a lovely resort

I really enjoyed my stay at in this lovely modern apartment with its amazing views of the sea and Dubrovnik. It was exceptionally clean, well equipped with the bedding and towels were changed regularly. It was a light, airy and a easy space to relax in. The apartment is a 10-12 minute pleasant walk into the old town where there is an abundance of beautiful restaurants and no shortage of amazing sunset views! Marina the owner was incredibly helpful on so many occasions offering invaluable information on where to visit, arranging boat trips and offering the transport to and from local attractions. I would highly recommend Cavtat as a peaceful holiday spot, especially this apartment. Thank you to Marina & Ivo for making our holiday memorable ,for being so helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be returning!

We are a family of 7 adults & 1 baby. My husband & I stayed in one of the apartments last year & wanted our family to have the experience we had. My Daughter, partner & baby stayed on the ground floor apartment & the rest of us stayed in the 3 bedroomed apartment upstairs. As usual both apartments were immaculate & very well equipped. We were picked up at the airport in a people carrier and left back there when returning home courtesy of our hosts Marina & Ivo. As usual their hospitality was 2nd to none with supplies of home made cakes, vegetables & Brandy from the family vineyard. Marina has an extensive knowledge of the area and beyond & her advice & help was invaluable. She booked trips for us and arrived with the tickets, she is a Wonder Woman and just wants to do the best she can to make your holiday a happy one. The little town of Cavtat is a 15 minute walk away and there are lovely walks, beautiful scenery & interesting places to visit. There are many good restaurants and you can expect to pay about £9 for a main meal & glass of wine. We were determined to see as much of the surrounding area in the 2 weeks whilst there. We visited Montenegro (Kotor) about a 40 minute drive away, a stunning place, we went to Tribenje in Hertzogovinia, about 45 minutes away, another interesting place where we paid in total £3 for 4 glasses of wine and a large slice of cake!! We did the Elephati boat trip to 3 islands, that was a full day trip costing about £28 with food & drink included, it was well worth the money. We went to Korcula & Lupod & Miljet but wished we had more time in Miljet as there was so much to see & do & the swimming in the crystal clear lakes was amazing. Finally we took a boat to Dubriovnik £10 return from Cavtat. This is a must as the history is incredible. The highlight each night was returning to the apartment to see, in my opinion the most amazing sunset in the world. That's one for the memory bank! Thank you to Marina & Ivo for making our holiday memorable and anyone thinking of booking do not hesitate as you would have difficulty finding anything to compare, you won't regret it.

Sommerurlaub 2022

Wir waren absolut zufrieden. Den Strand und die Stadt konnte man zu Fuß erreichen, wir sind aber lieber mit dem Auto gefahren :-) Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnen im gleichen Haus und waren jederzeit erreichbar und freundlich. Die Ausflugtipps haben wir fast alle abgeklappert. Alles sehr sehenswert. Am letzten Tag ging unser Rückflug erst um 22.30 Uhr. Ohne dass wir nachfragen mussten, haben uns die Vermieter sofort angeboten unser Gepäck bis abends bei ihnen zu lassen. Das war eine große Erleichterung, da wir so noch einen tollen Tag am Stand verbringen konnten, ohne an Gepäck, Pässe, Schmuck etc denken zu müssen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiter empfehlen. Topp!!

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans l'appartement qui est parfait pour recevoir une famille. Il est neuf, propre et très bien équipé. Marina et sa famille sont très sympathique et chaleureux. Marina nous a donné des bons plans pour aller visiter Dubrovnick et visiter les îles Elaphites. Elle est très disponible pour tous renseignements. C'est un appartement que je vous conseille vivement.

Fantastic!!

The view to the sea from the balcony was fantastic and perfect. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you needed, making you feel like in your own home. Marina was more than accommodating and very helpful. Thanks to her we were able to organise our holiday very well and enjoy it fully. She informed us about the whole area, the islands and the city “Dubrovnik”. The apartment is located in a very quiet location, but still everything is very easy to reach. In the near area there is a supermarket “Tommy”, where you can find everything you need in terms of food and cosmetics. You don’t have to worry about driving from the airport to the apartment at all. With the offered airport transfer service you are picked up from the airport for a very reasonable price and brought directly to the accommodation and vice versa. We were more than happy to have chosen this housing! If we would decide again for the same holiday, then of course also for the same location at Marinas place!

Lovely apartment

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The Owners were very accommodating with free transfers to and from the airport and freshly baked cakes. Marina was very helpful with information regarding day trips out which we used. The apartment is just like the photos the balcony was lovely and big with great sea view. A few hills to climb but nothing we could not manage. Everything you need close to hand. I would recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of going to Dubrovnik. Cavtat is a lovely place to stay. Thanks again Marina and Ivo for all your hospitality. Sandra & Doug.

Amazing holiday & beautiful apartment!!!

The apartment is in a quiet location set away from the town, with fabulous sea views across to Dubrovnik. Everything was spotless and well maintained inside the apartment and it was a lovely place to relax. The air conditioning in the living area gave a welcome relief from the hot weather. The terrace was shady in the morning and evening so you could enjoy breakfast outside as well as watching the beautiful sunsets. Marina and family were very welcoming and incredibly helpful with advice on where to go and what to do. Marina is always available if you want to find out anything and she went out of her way to help with airport information. It was very useful to get local information on when the best time to visit Dubrovnik was too, so as to avoid too many other tourists. She can also arrange a trip to Montenegro, which is well worth doing. We would highly recommend Cavtat as a peaceful holiday spot, especially this apartment. The walk to the town and the beach area is short as well. On the way back the last few minutes walk is a bit steep hill to the apartment, but just to keep you fit after a good dinner :)) The supermarket is 5 minutes away, this was open until 9.30pm and had all we needed. Fantastic apartment and would highly recommend.
