Beautifully constructed, the brand-new building is at the base of Crested Butte Mountain. This property is well-appointed and located just 70 yards from the slopes, base area shops, and restaurants, as well as the transit center. Enjoy additional amenities like an outdoor communal hot tub and grill, free Wi-Fi, and parking for 1.

This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condominium is newly built and furnished with beautiful custom wood pieces and comfortable furnishings. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space to prep your meals. Comfortable seating for 6 at the dining room table. Balcony off of the dining room with southwest views of the base area and surrounding mountains. Large flat-screen TV above the gas fireplace, comfortable seating for up to 6 to relax. Generous king master bedroom with flat-screen TV and on-suite. King guest bedroom with flat-screen TV and balcony with southwest views of the base area and surrounding mountains. The second guest bedroom features two twin beds. Both guest bedrooms share a double vanity full bathroom in their adjoining hallway. 3rd full bath is accessed in the entry hallway. Enjoy soaking in the communal hot tub steps from the building after a long day of play! This one-level condo is accessible by one flight of stairs. There is no elevator, so please note this when considering the property.

Pursuant to Crested Mountain North L Building's parking regulations, this condo provides 1 permit for OUTSIDE parking. The garage is available for bike/toy storage only. Trailer parking is not allowed on the property.

The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. Crested Mountain North is within close walking distance of the main transit center. Summer schedule runs every 20 minutes; winter schedule runs every 15 minutes; shoulder seasons every 40 minutes.

Crested Butte Lodging & Property Management offers additional services for our guests that others may not. Upon your arrival, you’ll find that we supply all linens, towels, and paper goods. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, starter shower kits, coffee packets with powder creamer and sugar, kitchen towels, dish sponges, dish soap, and dish detergent. We also provide towel and trash services for our paying guests every other day. For additional service requests, please contact our office.

Excellent stay in Crested Butte

Fantastic location, about 5 min walk to the nearest lift or to shops within the village. Perfect accommodations for 6 adults (3 married couples). Beds and rooms were comfortable. Communication with property management was extremely quick. Overall excellent stay!

Perfect CB Condo

Easy ski in/ ski out. Easy access to town bus shuttle. Very clean and comfortable. Nice to have garage for our rental car.

A little less than perfect on a few things- no washcloths in one bathroom, one dehumidifier not working properly, dishwasher door broken, building door lock not working. However, property mgmt taking care of that. Otherwise, comfortable, easy access and parking.

Awesome!

Fantastic location and very nice condo. The 20+ inches of snow helped as well! Close 5 min walk to lift and you can ski back if enough snow. The condo was clean and comfortable. Very nice. Highly recommended. Thanks for sharing!

Great location for ski mountain access

If you plan to eat all meals at the condo plan on washing dishes by hand. The good news is access to the mountain makes it possible to go back to the condo for lunch.

Kate in reservations was great and very helpful. Small details not quite there. TVs didn't work and help was not available. Renter materials did not have hot tub code. Coffee service had only decaf. None of these more than a small inconvenience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great new condo in an ideal location, central but still a bit away from the busyness of the main condo row. Nice 1 car garage. Two small patios to watch sunsets, or hot air balloon launches on the weekends. Kitchen very well equipped with high quality knives, plenty of pots and pans. Very nice beds with lots of pillow choices. Luxurious showers! So nice to have washer/dryer. Nice very close hot tub. My only suggestion would be 6 more dinner plates, as we had to run the dishwasher twice a day sometimes, since we ate in for all 3 meals most days. We will definitely be back!

Crested Mtn North, Building L, Unit 1

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was interrupted by 2 epsiodes of the alarm going off. The alarm is very loud and it was due to an error in the system saying there was a water leak in one of the cabinets. Both episodes happened early in the morning. When we were able to use the code to turn off the alarm the 2nd time, the water completely shut off. No showers and had to go to the town for water for our planned hike.

There devices under each sink and behind each toilet that are in place at the newer properties to protect against water damage and immediately detect moisture. There are instructions provided on how to disarm and operate the system in the event that there is a detection. This will silence the alarm and enable water within the condo within moments. We've never had an error with the equipment before, but we'll be sure to check it out. For our future bookers, if you've experience any issues with our safety mechanisms - just call us. Poor Communication

We arrived late and did not have late check-in instructions. The office was closed and locked nor did the phone get answered. We did not have cell reception nor email access prior to arriving. After finding someone who had just left, we were directed to the other entrance with the codes for late arrivals. Having that information before we left would have been nice but everything else was fine after getting in. We also did not expect stairs and my husband had difficulty at altitude. Adult daughter managed the luggage and cooler for us or would have been a mobility issue. We loved the oxygen bar in town! The unit was very comfortable after getting settled in.
