Get comfy at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This 2 bedroom apartment has everything you want or need for a perfect getaway, or company housing. You can really make yourself feel at home. Hop on the Central Trolley to explore St. Petersburg or take a bike ride on the Pinellas Trail located a couple blocks away. The unit is pet and kid-friendly and has a washer and dryer on site. Less than 10 minutes to the beach or downtown. Roughly 20 minutes to St Pete - Clearwater Airport or Tampa Airport. Ring Security camera on front door and security cameras on the exterior of the apartment building.

This was a very clean and well supplied property. It is upstairs from an accounting office, on a somewhat busy street, but fairly quiet inside. It’s not far from a lot, but not really walkable.

Quick trip to St Pete

Just spent three days in St Pete to take care of some family business. This property was in a perfect location for us and was spacious enough to be very comfortable. The unit was clean and well laid out. I would 100% stay here again.

Conveniently located between downtown St. Pete and the beaches. Unit is up one floor of external stairs. Photos of rooms are accurate. All spaces were spotless. Kitchen is stocked with the bare basics. No beach towels in the unit, so bring your own if you're headed to the beach.
