Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully updated interior with elegant finishes throughout. The fully equipped kitchen showcases striking granite countertops and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. For added convenience, the unit also includes a full-size washer and dryer. Look no further! This is the one! Spacious enough for our family of seven. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Two ice machines making it easy to keep your beach beverages cold. And the views were incredible. Thank you for a great stay! We can’t wait to come back!

Very nice Condo! Right on the beach with a view of the heated pool! Nice location. Was easy to get in and out of. Had a problem figuring out lights and got a call within two hours with help. Would highly recommend!

Everything was good, there was caulking on the patio doors that was still wet that my toddler got all over his hands which was pretty dangerous if he would have got it in his mouth. Floors were not clean at all when we checked in. But other than that everything was okay.

This condo was great! Very well equipped plus 2 ice machines, an air fryer, and outlets that had USB ports! Decor was gorgeous and beds were very comfortable. The master bath is exquisite and walk-in shower had two rain heads and a sitting area. Great view of the ocean and pool! Will definitely stay here again!

We had an awesome time!

We loved being on the first floor right by the pool with only a short walk to the beach. The condo was so clean and management underpromised and overdelivered.

Family Vacay 2025

The grandparents stayed in this unit and the other 8 of us stayed in a 3 bedroom unit. Beautiful view, by the pool. It’s closer to the beach than it looks in photos. One of the best features was the ice maker! Very convenient to fill coolers for the beach.

Great Stay

Great location, first floor was nice to have as it was a short walk to the Beach/view at that level was still beautiful. The Beach Chair (BAREFOOT Beach Rental) set up was the best and worth the money for the week, JUST DO IT. location was close proximity to any and everything. Would stay here again. ICE MACHINES in the residence is definitely are plus.

Beautiful place. Needs to have a walk thru for cleaning. Sand on floor in beds trash behind couch dishes in dishwasher. Pool hours need to be before 10 am

Perfect unit

This place is perfect. We have rented a lot of places over the years, but this place thought of it all. Loved the location, view is not jeopardized by being 1st floor. The appliances are fun, beer fridge, wine fridge and 2 ice makers. Beach chairs in unit. Just an overall great experience.

Breathtaking views

We loved this condo!!! The first floor was so convenient and the views were amazing!!! The condo is beautiful. The pool was super clean and the water was warm. The condo manager is amazing and will help with any issues that arise. We absolutely loved our relaxing week in Destin!!!
