We are a small community of 196 condo's with very friendly owners and guests. Beautifully maintained landscaped grounds with saltwater heated pool, spa, cabanas, outdoor bar area with wi-fi access, fitness room, tennis courts and BBQ areas with gas grills. Secure gated community. Clubhouse available for games of social events.

Ideal location minutes from world class shopping at Coconut Point Mall and Miromar Outlets with over 100 stores and a short trip to Southwest Florida International airport. Many restaurants, six beaches and four public golf courses nearby. Spring training for the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins only 20 miles away.

Newly furnished and decorated. New appliances. Washer and dryer in unit.

We live in Minnesota with family and friends nearby. We generally spend our time at our condo in Bonita Springs, FL but because of several weddings and other commitments, we are unable to join our family and friends in Florida for the 2024 season. Although our association requires a 90 day rental, we are open to renting from December 2023 through May of 2024

Our property is ideally located for all of the things we like to do with convenient shopping, restaurants and entertainment nearby. Spring training for the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins is only a 20 mile drive. Enjoy seasonal concerts in Naples and Bonita Springs parks. Naples botanical garden offers a great place to walk and enjoy the garden with a restaurant on site. Pontoon rentals nearby.
We like the fact that we are a small community (196) doors and people with similar interests.

LOCATION! Although the property was built in 2000. it has new roofs and was recently painted. The grounds lush and are well maintained. We are a non golf course community which is well situated between Naples and Fort Myers.
