The space

Kids will be thrilled by the Motion Detected Splash Pad, and the whole family can enjoy a friendly game of Beach Volleyball or challenge each other to an exciting 18-hole Miniature Golf match. And if fitness is your thing, our on-site Fitness Center is here to help you stay active.

But that's just the beginning – as a guest, you'll also enjoy your very own private pool right at the house. Your personal oasis, enclosed in a screened lanai, features a large sectional on the covered patio with a refreshing ceiling fan overhead. Step into the pool, which can be heated for an extra touch of luxury, and ease your way in with the help of a convenient railing. There's even a bench seat along one side for relaxation. And, before or after your swim, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower or use the handy 1/2 bathroom located outside.

Inside this charming two-story town home, you'll find comfort and convenience at every turn. The main floor boasts a king en-suite bedroom with a spacious shower, and there's even a stroller and pack n play in the closet for the little ones. The first floor also features a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need for home-cooked meals, including dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. There are even plastic dishes for the kids and a variety of appliances, from coffee makers to a tea pot, crock pot, and blender.

Upstairs, a loft area awaits, complete with a comfy sectional and a TV, perfect for movie nights or downtime. Board games are at your disposal in the loft, and a desk and chair in an adjacent cove provide a space for work or planning your next adventure. The upstairs offers more sleeping options, with one king en-suite, a sports-themed bedroom featuring 2 bunk beds for a group of four, and a Minions-themed bedroom with a Queen bed on the bottom and a twin on top, also en-suite with a shower. The fourth bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway.

And that's not all! As our guest, you'll receive a card granting you access to the clubhouse, resort pool, mini golf, sand volleyball, splash pad, game room, and the fitness center. Plus, for those cooler evenings, the pool can be heated for a small fee of $45 per day, with a minimum 4-day stay.
