We have been hosting since 2018 and really enjoy sharing our home, providing local recommendations and comfortable accommodations. The feedback from hosting has brought us so much joy knowing guests had a wonderful experience enjoying the beautiful views, peaceful location, and all that Rhode Island has to offer.

Why they chose this property
We fell in love with the view and proximity to Rocky Point State Park for the beach, walking, running, or biking along the 2.5 mile path, fishing off of the 280 ft pier or shoreline, and attending summer activities such as: movie nights in the park, food trucks, and the Rocky Point Historic Baseball Festival. In the winter, the park hosts fireworks on New Years Eve. These are just a few examples of what the park offers to the public.

What makes this property unique
The home is only125ft from the shoreline along with many other access points within the neighborhood. The view! We love the scenic view from the large covered front porch, especially while enjoying coffee while watching the boats and sunrise over the water.
Our backyard is very private with lush garden beds, Edison string lights, and a large firepit. We enjoy grilling, laying in the sun, and relaxing around the firepit. We have a shed in the backyard with yard games including cornhole, bocce, and horseshoes.
