Spotlessly clean new unit with plenty of conveniences. Lovely quiet neighborhood, and easily walkable to UP. Great Host communication. And can we talk about the AC? It was 95 while we were staying, and the AC was a lifesaver!! Definitely will stay again. Thank you!

Great space- we will be back!

Had a lovely stay at this very clean, accessible studio apartment while visiting our son in Portland. Booking out accommodations was smooth and easy- communication with our host was extremely timely. We come out to Portland every spring and will be happy to stay here again!

The space was excellent. Small but efficient. The decor was beautiful and as described on listing. Drea was very attentive and responsive. If I’m in the Portland area again, I would definitely look up this location.

Great Space

The property is clean and comfortable. Very light, plenty of space for a single or couple. A quiet neighborhood that felt safe and was close to many amenities. I will stay again.

Communication with the host was not as expected. I had to reach out and ask for check-in details (not listed in guest portal). We chose the property for WiFi in order to accommodate work from home needs and didn’t receive the password until the day we left. I asked for the WiFi password multiple times, and received automated responses unrelated to my questions. My advice would be to update guest portal information and provide a printout in the property with pertinent information for ease of access and to cut back on the need to reach out to host. Super cute spot and very convenient!

Loved this place. It is well designed and appointed with ample amenities. It was very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive to messages, and checked in through messages to see how the stay was going. The location is two blocks from great coffee and food establishments. A great grocery store was only .5 miles away. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to Portland :)
