Hi Liezel, Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m really glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and felt comfortable in the home. 😊 And haha — there is actually a hammock in the backyard! Sorry you didn’t spot it this time. Hopefully on your next visit, you’ll have a chance to relax in it! Wishing you all the best, Nagwan

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that the laundry is designed as a stacked unit, as shown in the listing photos, and space is limited accordingly. However, we appreciate your feedback and understand that this setup may not be ideal for everyone. Regarding the concern about bugs, we have not had any prior reports, but we take this very seriously. As a precaution, we will have the home treated again to ensure everything remains in excellent condition. Thank you again for your comments—we’re always looking to improve the experience for our guests.

Thank you for your feedback. I truly apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Unfortunately, sometimes unexpected issues happen, and the water heater problem occurred suddenly the day before your arrival. As soon as I became aware of the issue, I wanted to be transparent and immediately offered you a full refund. I understand how frustrating last-minute changes can be, and I’m very sorry for the disruption to your plans. I always strive to provide the best experience for my guests and appreciate your understanding that some situations are beyond our control.

Thank you so much for your kind review! I’m really happy to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay and especially loved the pool area. It’s great to know the home worked well for your trip to attend the wedding. I truly appreciate you mentioning the communication as well—it’s always my goal to make sure guests feel comfortable and supported during their stay. I’m also glad you were able to use the washer and dryer when you needed it. Thank you for bringing the cleaning and sliding door issues to my attention. I sincerely apologize for that and will make sure to address it with the cleaning team and check the doors so everything is perfect for future guests.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you found the host welcoming and that the home served your purpose. We wanted to clarify that the dishwasher is working, and we do provide plastic forks and spoons in case additional silverware is needed. We appreciate your notes regarding the TLC needed, lightbulbs, and the fridge door. Your input helps us improve, and we’re already working on updates to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests. We hope to host you again!

Thank you so much for being our guest! It was truly a pleasure having you, and we appreciate your time and company. Looking forward to seeing you again soo
