Once surrounded by fruit orchards, this remodeled 1919 Villa is close to great Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops and Parks. Villa Calabria is less than 2 blocks away from the Beacon Hill light rail station and bus stops, giving you access to the best Seattle has to offer. Enjoy your stay!

This newly remodeled Home has 3 Bedrooms, each with Queen Sized Beds. There are 2 Full Bathrooms as well as a Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

The home was very clean and spacious, offered off-street parking, and was only 9 minutes from our event at the WaMu theater. We would book it again!

Looks even better than the photos! Very spacious & comfortable. We loved having a little backyard & borrowing the owners cats! They had everything we could have needed for toiletries. Overall felt right at home

David’s house was perfect for our multigenerational gathering. The spacious house included nice gathering spaces in the dinning area and upper living area. The main floor bedroom was tucked in the back and offered privacy from the upper two bedrooms. The upper floor includes nice views of the cascades on sunny days. The kitchen is well stocked with modern equipment and my spouse appreciated the coffee machine. The location approximately 2 blocks from the light rail station is very convenient. Lastly, the small touches by the hosts made the home stand out among places we’ve stayed (responsive communication, flowers, and snacks). The home is an amazing place where we would happily stay again.

We absolutely LOVED this little place! We had 6 of us fly in for a cruise and it was the perfect place. We did not arrive until 10pm that night and left out around 11am the next morning. We had wished we could have stayed longer. Very nice neighborhood and we had lots of places to walk around safely. We walked up a few blocks to "Fresh Flours" coffee shop that was recommended to us by the host. It was a cute shop with good coffee and pastries. The weather was beautiful the night we stayed so the morning walk was warm and sunny. There is a small hill but we managed just fine, we are in our 40's and had our parents with us who aren't extremely active and they did fine with a couple of pauses to look at scenery. The lay out was great with one bedroom on the bottom floor and two on the top floor with an extra living space. There were plenty of kitchen items and bathroom items if we had needed them- our stay was just for sleeping purposes this time. I don't know how this little place doesn't stay booked up!
