Enjoy the spacious layout, perfect for groups of any size. Three cozy queen beds and two bathrooms in the main house, plus a private-access guest house with its own queen bed and full bathroom, provide ample space for relaxation.

Our fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, whether you're cooking up a storm or preparing snacks for a day at the beach or Parris Island family day. Need to unwind? Our charming reading nook beckons, while the desk area offers a serene spot to catch up on work.

Step outside through elegant French doors and discover the large outdoor space, including a partially enclosed backyard, ideal for soaking up the sun or hosting a relaxing evening of grilling and entertaining.

Located in the heart of town on a quiet street, you're just minutes away from waterfront views, shopping, and dining in both Beaufort and Port Royal. With parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway, there's plenty of room for large groups and extended families.

Team accommodations

In town with our team of dragonboaters for tha annual festival at Henry C Chambers waterfront park. This gave us a great place to settle in while in town.

We were here for the weekend for my son’s graduation from Marine boot camp. the house was perfect for us - plenty of space, very clean, well appointed, close to grocery store. We would definitely stay again !

USMC Graduation

The house was absolutely perfect for us. Beds were very comfortable, easy commute to Parris Island, close proximity to downtown, convenience store right at turn coming off main road and the bonus was the separate guest suite. The house was nicely updated.

All good things, we came down for our son's USMC graduation. House is spacious and the in-law suite was perfect. I booked this for the open floor plan. Only suggestion is we could have used more wash cloths.

Central location in Beaufort

We rented this property because it was an easy commute to see family while we were visiting for a week. It’s about 10 min drive to downtown or Port Royal. The house is very clean, but needs a little TLC with some of the maintenance of items like furnishings, fixtures, and lights due to wear and tear over time. The photos in the listing were not totally accurate, nothing major, but we were a little disappointed in the overall quality of the decor, anppliances, and furniture.

Pick up of a new Marine

We came from Ohio to pick up our new Marine after his graduation. It was a very easy process, everything was clean and as described. Instructions for check in and check out came in a timely manner, they were easy to understand and follow. The only thing we did not see was the hot tub, but we ended up being too busy to use it. Would definitely recommend for a family as it was close to Parris Island and in a quiet neighborhood.

Trip for Parris Island Graduation

We will stay again at this property if we head this way in the future. The house was very clean and updated on the inside. Everything the listing stated was what we found. We had four family members coming from different parts of the Southeast coming for our son's graduation from boot camp. Having the guest house for my in laws was very nice because they have a small dog, and the owner was able to accommodate us with their pet. We had 8 people in the home, and it is large enough where it didn't feel cramped at all. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. We had one issue with the heater working in the guest house. The owner came right out to address and fix the heating situation. If we couldn't get this some booked, I would stay at another one of his properties in the future.
