Don’t pass up this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom well-maintained home.

Located in a central location and close to MCRD Parris Island (about 6 miles away). Perfect for families of those who are graduating!

You will love the peaceful backyard, which is fenced-in, making it more child-friendly and great for enjoying its half-acre lot.

All bedrooms have beautiful bedroom sets. Two rooms have queen beds and one has a full/double-sized bed.

One full bathroom is located located in the hallway, near the three bedrooms. The second full bathroom is located just off the sitting area, near the dining and living rooms.

Kitchen is equipped with major appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave) and basic essentials (small appliances, utensils, flatware, dishes,etc.).

The location and neighborhood was perfect for our stay to attend my grandson's graduation from Marine boot camp. We would have awarded the stay Excellent except that the water heater was off the first night. Joanna was quick to contact us the next day to tell us how to turn it on. The Beaufort area has a nice Publix and if you go to the historical area of downtown Beaufort, try the Magnolia Cafe.

There were a few items that were damaged on the property that I sent an email to the owner about when we first checked in because I didn't want them to think it was something we did, and that was parts of the fence on both sides of the property were fallen down, and one of the blinds on the door going onto the deck was heavily damaged. I never did hear from them so I have no idea if they were aware of that. Another thing was the ice maker and water dispenser on the refrigerator did not work, and there were a few bugs around the house. We were only in the house for an hour or two before we went to sleep, so it served our purpose very adequately, and was conveniently located to Parris Island.

Overall the place was clean and spacious. There were multiple blinds in the living room and dining area that were broke.Part of the fence in the backyard was knocked down. There was no hot water in the main bathroom. There was only enough towels and washcloths for a one night and we were there for 2 nights. All the beds were high off the ground which made it hard for my elderly mother to get in and out of the bed. We had to go buy a stepladder so she could get in and out. I messaged the host twice and never received a response. The location is great and easy to get to the Marine Corps Depot. Unfortunately, do to the lack of communication from host and the other issues, I would not recommend this place.

Relaxing weekend

The whole atmosphere was relaxing. I had a wonderful weekend. I love the home its beautiful. I would recommend this place to anyone who need to get away and need a quiet relaxing environment.

House was great, beds comfortable, great location. Blinds were broken in a couple of places, fence was down in the back (but that could be recent because we have been having a lot of storms down this way) and there was debris in a few places up by the house and behind the bushes. Overall, great place!

Short but Worth It

Cozy home with everything we needed for the weekend! Beds were comfy, water was hot and AC was cold, just what you need in the SC heat at the beach! Centrally located to good food and activities.

Wonderful experience

Our stay was amazing. The house is exceptionally clean. Comfortable. And has all the welcoming touches that you need. We had starter paper products and cleaners. Plenty of utensils and cups in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable with linens and towels supplied. This is a great option when picking up your marine from Parris Island. Thank you for making our stay as wonderful as the experience of our marine graduating.

Great little place

We came to visit our son at Parris Island. Conveniently located to Parris Island as well as grocery store, etc...Only complaint would be the short supply of eating utensils (forks, spoons, etc...) They were there, just not enough for our needs.

Graduation

Stayed here for USMC graduation. Nice quiet neighborhood. Property was cozy and confortable for our family of 6. Clean and neat. Beds are high so if you are short you will need a stool to get into bed but they are comy. Would stay here again if i was in the area.

Wonderful long weekend getaway

We really enjoyed this very cute bungalow in Port Royal. It’s comfortable and has everything you need for a fantastic stay. It’s close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, etc. The hosts answered the questions I had and listed a few places to see & restaurants to try. We would definitely stay here again!
