Between a convenient 12 minute drive from Broadway, and less than 10 mins from all of the dining and shopping you could need, the west Nash retreat is the model of convenience. You'll enjoy 3 bedrooms along with a HUGE mounted TV, the fastest WiFi, and a brand new kitchen ready with all of the tools to whip up your next meal.
You'll have complete access to the property while you are here! Feel free to utilize the oversized carport and spacious backyard. Once inside, make yourself at home. Each of the three bedrooms have a closet and hangers for you to use, and the kitchen has all of the essentials needed to feel at home.
You'll love how close everything you could need is to this home while still enjoying the quieter, neighborhood feel. Broadway is a quick 13 min ride, and nearly every other trendy neighborhood is 15 minutes or less! Also be sure to check out Rock Harbor Marina just 3 blocks down the street. With tons of rentals and a floating dock restaurant and builds in progress for more additions, you'll be sure to find a good time.
