Known for its expansive sandy beaches on the ocean side and gentle shores leading to the sound, “The Point” offers the perfect backdrop for long walks through untouched nature and breathtaking sunsets.

Vaulted ceilings and high windows fill the home with natural light – showcasing the cottage’s open floorplan, with living and sleeping quarters all on one level.

Kitchen: The well-appointed kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, soft-close cabinets, and includes the following:

A convenient island provides prep space and seating, creating a fluid transition into the dining area.

Dining Area: The dining table seats 8, with additional seating at the kitchen island.
