Great location in the city while staying surprisingly quiet throughout the day. everything was nice and comfortable and the check in/ out processes were great.

The host was great, and responsive when I asked for more coffee pods. The place was clean and as advertised. As a side note, we were a group of 5 gals and there isn't enough comfy seating to laze around and chat in the living room - keep that in mind if you are renting to have a 'stay-cation'. Thanks for the great weekend!

Comfortable stay in well-located home

I enjoyed the decor and comforting fixtures, light-filled spaces and peace and quiet in this well-located home in Norwood Flats. Host was quick to respond and address any concerns. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very comfortable stay!

The host was prompt in communicating. Very clean and lovely place to stay. The only glitch was not knowing the difference between the two units at the time of booking and ended up having to cancel the original booking which was on the top floor and re-booking to the main floor to accommodate my elderly mother who is unable to stay in top units due to stairs. But that got recrified quickly with the host who was super helpful and issuing a refund.

Norwood flats

The home was comfortable and cozy however, no staples - I.e. no serwran wrap, tin foil, baggies, twist ties, elastics, pens, paper , etc or condiments. This makes life inconvenient. It would be impossible to bring our own and inconvenient and costly to purchase. Sadly, This part was very disappointing and frustrating trying to improvise.

Cute, good kitchen and living room and terrific neighborhood. Plenty of immaculate linens. Comfortable bed and good place to park. I loved the bathroom mirror to put on my stage makeup. Plenty of room for three women who have to get on makeup and costumes for a performance. Also the neighborhood is well located and safe feeling. Easy and helpful host
