The property was as advertised. Very clean and inviting. Definitely a perfect location close to major shopping, restaurants and downtown Winnipeg. Wide back lane/street with large parking stall in rear of the property. A nice touch for private and easy un-loading/loading to side door of home. Motion detection security lights in front, side and rear of home made it easy for our in the dark arrival and pet business in the middle of the night. Home is in an older, but an extremely quiet neighborhood. Lots of parking for guests in front of and back lane/street of property. Host Nathan was amazing to communicate with the whole way through. Only hiccups were with check-in/opening the high security lock on the front door, no dish soap and needing extra towels. All resolved very quickly. Nathan was very accommodating and genuinely cared to provide you with a good experience.

Wonderful property & Attentive Host

Perfect, cozy home with gym and 2 bathrooms with washer/dryer. Up to date decor and appliances and very close to shopping centers and grocery stores.

very nice place to stay, just one issue

We had a wonderful stay at Stanislav/Nathan's property, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and amenities. The property itself is very comfortable & clean, and the management team is responsive and courteous. However, we encountered an unexpected issue that significantly impacted our four-day stay. A work crew arrived on the second day, spending most of the day on-site, disrupting the tranquillity we had been enjoying. Despite our explicit request to delay non-essential maintenance, the crew performed both interior and exterior work, complicating our use of the bathroom, and also unexpectedly reshingled the garage. We understand that maintenance is necessary, but we strongly believe that non-essential work should not be performed during a guest's stay when it's not urgent or essential to their comfort. In hindsight, we regretted informing the management about minor issues like a noisy bathroom fan and burnt bulbs, which may have prompted the visit. We highly recommend Stanislav/Nathan's property to others, but we strongly advise against non-essential maintenance during guest stays. We hope the management will adopt a "do not disturb" policy for non-essential work, ensuring future guests have an uninterrupted peaceful experience. With this adjustment, we're confident that future guests will have an even more enjoyable experience. Thank you, Stanislav/Nathan, for your hospitality, and we look forward to returning under more peaceful circumstances.
