Tranquil Desert Condo at Laguna de la Paz
Quiet, peaceful condo near La Quinta Resort and the Old Town Village. Welcome to our seasonal rental in Laguna de la Paz. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1500+ square foot condo has recently been updated throughout. It features a beautiful eat-in kitchen, lux den/bar area, comfortable living room, and super cozy bedrooms.
The well-appointed condo has everything you need to stay and relax. 3 TV’s, BBQ, new cooking appliances, and patio with mountain and pool views. Also for your enjoyment you'll find a multi-room Sonos sound system, equipped with a blue-tooth record player and many records to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine in the den. Spread out in the large backyard with a firepit table and overhead heating and fan, while stargazing under the immense desert sky.
Our guard-gated, resort-style community has a beautiful 5 acre lake, 15 pools and 16 spas, a fitness room, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and is a short 20-minute walk to LQ resort. Close to golfing, movie theatres, restaurants, and shopping. Close to post office and mail service centers so you can collect mail easily if needed. Seasonal renters were in mind when designing this space. Very comfy, with plenty of places to relax and kick off your shoes.

We are Caren and Troy and are thrilled to have you stay and enjoy our condo. We were raised in Palm Springs and recently purchased this condo in La Quinta to enjoy time in a place that will always feel like home and to share with guests from all over.
Whenever we visit, we find time to enjoy some of the great hiking, dining, and entertainment this end of the Coachella Valley has to offer.

We love the Laguna De La Paz community and think you will too. It is peaceful, quiet, and serene while offering many fun activities. You'll never have to look far for excitement, from weekly tennis and pickleball matches to book clubs and social gatherings, to game nights and classes.
While inside the gates have a lot to offer, our community is well positioned to easily access La Quinta Resort and Old Town La Quinta with their many great restaurants and activities. Also very close by are incredible hiking, golfing, and biking opportunities.
