Legacy Classic 1 bed studio

This beautiful ground-level single-story studio with 1 bed and 1 bathroom has all the amenities for an enjoyable vacation. TV with movie channels, gas fireplace, microwave, mini fridge, new carpeting, and an attached, secure, private garage at no extra charge.

A 1-bedroom lock-off (4 guest max) is available to rent or both sides (6 guest max) at once. Feel free to contact me if you would like to rent out the entire 2-bedroom property.

The main pool, clubhouse, and one of the few lap pools are steps away.

The large, covered patio is perfect for private casual meals or cocktails. It is just steps from a luxurious saltwater lap pool and spa, and the main clubhouse, which features a restaurant, fitness center, multiple pools, outdoor barbeque, hammock garden, and spa. This studio offers the perfect balance of serenity, privacy, and convenience.

A portable crib, stroller, and high chair may be available. Please contact me to reserve.

Pets may be welcome based on the submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $200 per pet fee- dogs only.

If bringing RVs and trailers please get in touch with me in advance. Only one car is allowed in the gated community. One garage parking spot is available.

Guest requested cancellations will be charged the credit card processing fees incurred by the host.

We have the 2019 Mini Convertible, 2022 VW Tiguan, 2022 Tesla Model Y, 2022 Honda CRV and 2015 Avalon Hybrid available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.

Wonderful stay!

Very nice. Bigger than expected. Nice high ceilings! Lovely gas fireplace. Wonderful shower and bath tub. Very clean. Easy to check in and out. Lovely place. Highly recommend.

Loved the pools, hot tub, landscaping and location. Carpet was dirty/stained and towels were dingy. They offered to clean carpet but dry time and date did not work for us.

Be aware, very small for the price

We booked for nine days during the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament. We felt we were over charged for what is basically a small hotel room. You get a bed and a bathroom and that's pretty much it. There are some very nice accommodations at Legacy Villas but this is cramped and disappointingly small for the amount charged.

Week in dessert

This is studio. Found place to be adequate. Wire hangers in closet should be replaced with better ones. Kitchenette is bare bones. It basically provides a mini fridge, no freezer sink coffee maker(never used). Plastic cutlery, paper plates & napkins. Bathroom - shampoo conditioner bodywash are one. I would not use. 2 people need double of everything I.e. hand towels & wash cloths extra hooks in bathroom would be helpful. Place was clean but could use an update like wood floors instead of carpet.

Small, Nice "studio" in a beautiful setting

We expected that a "studio" would be small but would still include all the amenities necessary for day to day living. This property is too small for day to day living. There is no area for any kind of food preparation beyond what one would find in a nice hotel. A toaster, for example, would have been nice as well as some sort of stove top and/or oven. I would have appreciated a better understanding of what to expect. We were given some critical information about restrictions way too late in the process--only two pets when we were there expressly for the prestigious Indio dog show. Our Russell Terriers are top of the line show dogs. We only had two with us, but we commonly have three or four entered. Having outlined our criticisms, we nonetheless loved our week in LaQuinta. The property is beautiful and immaculate, and the setting is downright stunning. We would certainly consider returning but for a return visit we would know what to expect and be better prepared to sustain ourselves for a full week stay.
