Classic comfort and designed with functionality, our Caribbean Showplace is an exceptional find for a variety of adventurers. This one-of-a-kind new condo spans the top 2 floors, providing panoramic views of both the primeval jungle and turquoise waters from INSIDE and OUT. Few units have private access to both views! In a nutshell... "Fabulous!" Isolated. Quiet and with easy walking access to the beach.

Your premier vacation condo is furnished with a combination living room, breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen including filtered drinking water and ice from special dispensers, and an automatic dishwasher. Each individually designed guest room has a desk and a dedicated full bathroom with luxurious amenities. There are two flat-screen Smart TVs, one in the primary king guestroom and one in the common living room. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer / dryer.

Two jungle and ocean balconies and floor to ceiling glass are constant reminders of why you have come to the Riveria Maya. Featuring a beautiful penthouse on the 4th floor with an entertainment area where you can enjoy the incredible views of the sea from sunrise to sunset. Complete, covered outdoor kitchen with grill, bar space, sink and dining table for 6. Comfy lounge seating awaits you for happy hour or for that perfect spot to read your favorite book.

Our unit is only 1 of 2 that have a reserved parking space! It is also an end unit, assuring the best privacy. There's a plunge pool on the public roof top immediately next door.

Condo construction finished in 2022, furnished in 2023.

Note: This unit is also available as a 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom.

ABOUT SANTAMAR:
Santamar is a new construction condominium built by TAO. It has a total of 11 rooftop pools with views of jungle and sea and includes twin beach club pools, indoor gym, outdoor yoga spaces and covered outdoor gathering spaces with propane grills. It is situated along the Akumal Trail beside the Caribbean Sea.

Safe and Clean: No vaping/smoking on property, including balconies/rooftop. No open flames except grill provided. Trash removed promptly.
Turn off the A/C if you will not be in the room for more than an hour. Never leave exterior doors open for a prolonged time while A/C is running.
If you didn't eat it or drink it, it does not get flushed in the toilets. We are in a protected and fragile environment. Appreciate your help.

Cory and Carol live primarily in another waterfront community, Annapolis, Maryland, home to the U.S. Naval Academy where they have literally hosted thousands of guests from around the world at their classic Bed & Breakfast, the INN at Horn Point. You'd be hard pressed to find more seasoned or better qualified hosts who are super focused on your ultimate vacation experience.

With world travel experience, it was no accident that they fell in love with Akumal, as well as the lifestyle and the people who live here. Out of all the wonderful cultures they have enjoyed and the sites and countries they have visited, they chose Akumal as a place to grow additional roots. With their insight and help, you are sure to live your adventure like a local and there is so much to take in.

Located on a remote, dead-end gravel road, Our Santamar location is a very tranquil piece of paradise. Watch the local wildlife from your private jungle balcony, Enjoy morning coffee, warmed by a spectacular sunrise over the sea. Sip an evening glass of wine on the private rooftop balcony and watch the magic of a Caribbean sunset.

Although you can walk to 2 beach side restaurants and stroll along the beach past several all-inclusive resorts, you won't hear the noise or feel the crowds normally experienced in a resort setting.

The Santamar community offers 7 rooftop plunge pools (yes 7!), 3 ground floor pools and a climate-controlled gym,

Our property is one of the few that have both a seaside and jungle views, with a private rooftop penthouse. We also are one of 2 properties that have a dedicated parking space. Our condo is a short walk (approximately 5 minutes) to the beach and closet building in our complex to the Beach Club pool.
