The home worked well for our purpose which was recovery from knee replacement surgery. Dennis allowed our large dog to stay, which was a real bonus.

Beautiful Home

Due to our home repair from the storm, we were forced to move out for 6 weeks. This was the perfect location. Close to everything and perfect for my family. Great communication from Dennis! Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Winter 2024

The location is great and the facilities were good. Weekly pool cleaning and landscaping every two weeks. Area was quiet and very accessible to all amenities. Property manager was quite commandeering and worked on issues immediately and rectifying them.

Quiet neighborhood to relax and unwind

We stayed at the property for 7 weeks in the summer of 2024, and wish we could have stayed longer. The private pool in the back is an excellent place to unwind and relax. The interior is updated and feels modern with multiple rooms for watching TV / movies at night when kids and adults want to watch different shows.The owner was very responsive to questions. It is great to have access to the garage with openers to keep cars clean with daily afternoon showers.We hope to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was great and so was the location for all we wanted to do (beach, Tampa, Orlando). The only con was the set up didn’t allow for all four of us to sit and watch a movie together. There was only one couch for each tv. Other than that, we had a great vacation!
