Casa de campo, magníficamente restaurado, alrededor del año 1878, decorado con antigüedades y piezas de época. Tres dormitorios, dos cuartos de baño completo. Gran plan de piso - moderna cocina abierta a comedor grande muy bien equipadas, con capacidad de ocho a diez personas cómodamente. Puertas francesas se abren al jardín con paredes de piedra. Cómoda sala de estar con chimenea de piedra y Baldwin piano. TV de pantalla plana con cable en todas las habitaciones, y la gran pantalla plana en salón. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Muy bien aislado, también. Envolvente de gran porche con muebles de mimbre encantadora, y la cubierta de la habitación principal para ver las estrellas. En un acre de propiedad. Very nice and responsive host. Very fast internet as advertised. Really close to Belleayre ski resort. Nice, warm and cozy. Fully equipped kitchen. The host even had her excellent Baldwin piano tuned when she learned we planned to use it during our stay!

Beautiful location, great host

I organized a family reunion here and it did not disappoint! Cozy, well maintained property with a beautiful front porch/ yard to enjoy. The hostess was very pleasant and helpful- would definitely visit again!

A nice and big house with all you need for a vacation. A very nice host and very charming with small animals in the garden (squirrels and hummingbirds).

Nice place for a family weekend

Easy access to town and outdoor areas, clean space with plenty of room. The grill came in handy. Outdoor patio area and fire pit is nice.

What a great Christmas stay!

We loved our stay at this property. This was our second time staying at Marty's home and it was fantastic! She even set up a Christmas tree for us. Fully equipped kitchen, great fireplace, comfy beds, great location. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot!

Amazing house perfect for any stay! Had the best time there for a snowboarding weekend. Very close to mountain. Owners were very easy to communicate with and had no issues at all. Would definitely recommend!!

Lots to do

The host Marti is great. The location is very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. The house has everything and is very comfortable. I would recommend. We had a 6 adults and 2 dogs and stayed a week.

The beautiful farmhouse was spacious but cozy. Marty's home was very clean and well appointed. There were plenty of room for a comfortable stay. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. The home was close to Phoenicia Woodstock and Saugerties. Plenty of hiking and beautiful sites. We went to the Kaaterskill Falls. Marty was super helpful with recommendations and quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend and we would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! Marty’s home is so lovely. So many places to relax - many cozy touches. Communication was really good. Beds were comfy. We all enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider staying here again.

The house was just what we needed: spacious, welcoming, clean and warm.

This was a return stay and I enjoyed the home even more the second time. We had everything we needed to cook large family meals. We slept Calvert comfortably and were nice and cozy. The bath was a soothing treat after several days of skiing.

Although I appreciate all the beautiful reviews, I seldom respond (I don't really know why - maybe it's because I have three jobs and am always rippin' and runnin') BUT I have to say you have probably been the best guests I've had in a long time or ever. Comfortable home perfect for holiday getaway

We were looking for a place to bring our family together for Christmas and New Years that would feel like home, and Marty’s beautiful farmhouse fit the bill perfectly. It felt like home and we even managed to create our traditional holiday meals in the well furnished kitchen and dining room. It was a wonderful escape in a beautiful location. We were all sad to leave and would definitely return in the future.

Helpful and easy to communicate with

Martha was very on top of things and it made the stay very pleasant. We happened to stay here during a snow storm. The morning after the snow fell, we saw a crew of people clearing the snow in the large driveway, without which we probably wouldn't have been able to leave! Thank you for letting us stay at your house!

We are seasoned VRBO users. This property deserves all the 5-star reviews it receives. Homey feel, comfortable and spacious. Great running room and privacy above home for dogs. Equally important is the wonderful and attentive owners who we communicated with. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Relaxing, Refreshing Scenic Vacation

This is my second time staying here and I will return. the first time my adult children and grandchildren stayed with us and this time it was me and my spouse. The house is everything as described and the location was perfect. The kitchen was recently updated with all new appliances and there are outdoor balconies and porches to enjoy the surroundings! Marty responded in a timely manner to all my emails and texts. A real vacation!

Wonderful Farmhouse

We enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse for a ski trip during Presidents' Day week. The house is within 10 min drive from Belleayre and 30 min from Hunter. Everything is tastefully decorated and very homey. We cooked several meals. There are plenty of dishes, utensils, cups, etc. for a big group. The host (Marty) was great and responded to all my inquiries promptly. Thanks Marty! We will be back!

A magical getaway

From the moment we stepped out of the car, we knew our stay here would be special. The house is just gorgeous -- filled with so many unique and charming decorative touches and warm and inviting. Even though it's right off the highway, we still felt very much like were tucked into a mountain retreat. There's something so peaceful and restorative in the air and the energy throughout the property felt good. Marty was wonderful -- easily reachable and happy to answer any questions we might have while providing helpful tips, like do no miss stargazing! :-) Our family had a wonderful, restful time here. We spent as much time lounging on the porch as we did wandering nearby towns and got in some hiking too!

Charming Cozy Farmhouse - Great location for skiing/hiking at Belleayre!

I just recently stayed at the Farmhouse with my family and we had a wonderful time! It was perfect for a ski weekend in the catskills! The house is very close to Belleayre mountain (10 mins) which offers great skiing and hiking! It's very close to a great grocery as well which has lots of organic produce and everything you need for a week/weekend away. Very spacious home with a beautiful fire place and LOTS of wood. We were two families staying at the farmhouse and loved the dining room with a large table for family dinners. There was lots of space for the 4 children to play as well as the cabin out back! We will definitely stay here again and I would absolutely recommend this house! Great place!

You will be able to enjoy the beautiful area up there, and pursue a lot of different entertainment. It is ten minutes from Belleayre Ski Center, which has a great summer music program. There are a lot of great swimming holes and creeks to swim in, and Belleayre Beach is ten minutes from my house. The nearest town is Phoenicia, which has several really nice restaurants and bars, and a theater and library. Hunter mountain and Woodstock are twenty minutes away as well.
