Enjoy the Freshly Updated "Clevelander", a purpose-built Cape Cod located in the heart of Cleveland. This 4,000 SQFT home boasts the Amenities our guests deserve and is located only 10 minutes from some of Clevelands Gems:

ABOUT THE SPACE:

Enter the foyer to be greeted by the bright and warm great room. With plenty of space for your friends and loved ones, relax from your long day of travel and unwind by watching your favorite streaming service on our large smart TV.

Included in the great room is our fully equipped, dedicated office space. After settling in, head down the hall and find the large dining room table offering plenty of elbow room. To the right of the table, you’ll find our mini bar with all the cocktail essentials. Mix up your favorite drink and head on down to the kitchen!

As you enter the kitchen take note of the “Coffee Station” that comes fully stocked with everything necessary to start the morning off right. The fully equipped and sizable kitchen features an electric range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher - All the necessities to cook and prepare a home-cooked meal!

Now for the fun stuff… Head downstairs to the Game Room and Lounge where you’ll find a Full Wet-Bar, Ping-Pong Table, Games, Lounge Seating, Dining nook, Smart TV, and a conveniently located full bath.

This home features five relaxing bedrooms equipped with luxury memory foam mattresses, cotton sheets, closets with hangers, light-blocking curtains, and much more. Each floor offers a full bath stocked will soaps, towels(tons of extra towels), hairdryers, etc.

We enjoyed our stay. I liked the blend of morden and vintage in the house. We all loved the wood work throughout the house. The host provided laundry detergent and dryer sheets. He also provided plenty of coffee as well. The host didn't respond to my message regarding the beeping noise. It's wasn't too far downtown Cleveland. I neighbor was nice. When I come back to Cleveland, I want to stay there.

Wow! What a very spacious house! We went there for a football game and had multiple family’s that stayed with us. This place was perfect for our group. It was roomy and clean. Fifteen minutes from the stadium was excellent for us. I would definitely stay there again if we go back to Cleveland.

Good for large groups

Stayed for a weekend bachelor party. The place is large enough for the group of eight adults to fit comfortably. The basement is great for hanging out.

Nice big comfortable home for our extended family. Host communicated well. On the edge of a pretty downtrodden part of Cleveland but never felt unsafe. Could use new ping pong paddles, dish towels, and a fresh mowing and bit of yard maintenance would dress it up.

We came in for a trade show and have always loved the Cleveland Heights area! The accommodations were perfect! The space provides a relaxing outdoor area. After 10pm coming inside is welcoming with a fun basement bar/rec room and a lovely living room upstairs. The house is very tidy with all amenities! Chase is a responsive professional owner. I would highly recommended this rental!!!

Chiefs away game.

The house was very nice, and plenty big for our group of eight to enjoy our stay. Easy drive to the R&R HOF, and Brown's stadium. We also hit up the NFL HOF, and The Ohio State Reformatory, (which is the prison where The Shawshank Redemption was filmed), easy day trip. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

Great fun in Cleveland

We had a group of guys in town to start the NFL weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place to host our weekend. The house was clean, close to downtown, in a safe neighborhood, and was large enough to accommodate our party (8 guys). Chase (the property manager) was great to work with and very responsive. We had a couple of hiccups during our stay but they were addressed by Chase as best he could. Overall, we had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Wonderful! Very comfortable

This home was an excellent choice for us. Highly recommend it. We were in Cleveland for our youngest son’s wedding. The home provided plenty of space for the groom, four other adults and five children; and room for the groomsmen to get together and prep for the big day. The home is very clean! The home is a beautiful craftsman (reminded me of my grandparent’s home years ago)! Very thankful we found this home and were able to stay. We had everything we needed. Chase was easy to work with and seemed to want us to relax and enjoy. Thank you

The host was great with communication. Sent the codes to access the house 10 minutes before check-in. Messaged me on day 2 making sure everything was going well. Plenty of space to park. Neighborhood isn't the greatest. Just made sure to keep doors locked and car doors locked. The house itself was beautiful. Very spacious and plenty of room for 15 people. Surface level clean but could have used a deep clean. The couches were not the most comfortable. One couch was being held up by a paint can, so proceed with caution. Post states that the house sleeps 15. But 2 of the "queen size beds" are actually air mattresses. I felt bad for my friends that had to sleep on those. Would recommend adding more blankets and towels. Overall, we were able to make everything work for our group.

This house was a good find with plenty of rooms and beds for a large extended family. The three full baths is a nice bonus. There is plenty of parking and space to hang out, inside and outside. It was lacking a few amenities but we are very happy with our stay overall!

I grew up in the Cleveland suburbs, about a 30-minute drive from the city! I've been traveling across the United States and abroad since I can remember and have stayed in some great(and not-so-great) VRBOs... Being a host allows me to curtail the guest experience and put out a product I'm proud of. I've applied my style and design throughout the home and am constantly improving it!

I chose this Cleveland Heights neighborhood for its beauty and proximity to ALL that Cleveland has to offer :). It's only a short 15-minute drive downtown, 10 minutes to the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, and so much more!

この宿泊施設の特徴

The size of the property makes it one of the very few that can accommodate large families or groups. Traveling allows you to make some great memories but when you can make those memories with friends and family, it's truly magical.

Aside from the size the property offers a Full-Wet-Bar and Game Room.
